古人有一种说法：乐人易，动人难。也就是说，让人开心容易，要想感动人很难。其实我觉得，乐人和动人是语言的两种不一样风格，幽默的极致也能动人。虽然，我们达不到如此境界，但是我们就应朝着这个方向发奋。
我想，一个语言贫乏单调、枯燥无味的教师吸引的学生恐怕也很有限。作为一年级的语文教师，我觉得晓之以理，动之以情就应是我们发奋的方向，无论我们采用的是哪一种风格，只要能吸引学生就是成功的语言。一年级的刚从幼儿园充满童真童趣的生活中过渡到一年级，难免会有很多的不适应，尤其是拼音教学枯燥乏味，知识点碎而且冗杂。作为教师就应采用多种多样的方式让他们慢慢适应慢慢习惯。教育方法在这时就显得尤其重要。说到这个问题，就又回到了什么样的教学方法才是真正有效的，我想这就应是教师共同关注的问题吧。我觉得要想成为真正的教学能工巧匠，只有自己在其中倾注了自己的智慧。自己的活的思想的教学方法，就应才是最好最有效的方法。
此刻各种各样的教学方法、教学模式充斥耳目，别人好的东西就应吸收借鉴，但决不能生搬硬套。一年级的教学更就应如此，只有在教学时想方设法吸引孩子的注意力，千方百计培养学生的学习兴趣，才有可能会为孩子的求学之旅铺一条大道。才有可能真正成为学生的引路人。
