记得那一次，我感冒发烧了。爸爸知道后急忙带我去医院看病。医生说我病得不轻，再三嘱咐我要按时吃药，我心里却不以为然，认为没什么大不了。便不在意地回答了。
回家后，我便坐在沙发上看起了电视，爸爸由于工作繁忙，便匆匆忙忙出了门，临走时还嘱咐道：“一会儿记得按时吃药！”“知道了。”我漫不经心地说道。
爸爸走后，我完全沉浸在动画片的世界里了，一直看到了晚上十点多才睡觉，一下子就把吃药的事抛到了九霄云外。
第二天早上，我走到了客厅，看见爸爸一脸阴云坐在沙发上，他看到了我，便用愤怒的眼光盯着我，像要把我一口吞下去似的。我看到爸爸这个样子，吓得不敢乱动半分，我感到疑惑：“我究竟做错了什么事让爸爸这么生气”。正当我百思不得其解时，爸爸用低沉的口气问我：“昨天晚上为什么没吃药?”经爸爸这么一提醒，我才想起昨天晚上爸爸交代我要按时吃药这件事，难怪爸爸这么生气，一定是今天早上回来时发现药没有动过，特意在客厅等我出来的。想到爸爸现在这个样子，我战战兢兢地回答道：“我，我忘了。”爸爸听了这话，似乎更加生气了。“啪”，一记响亮的`耳光回响在屋里，“你知不知道你感冒了，不吃药什么时候能好，成天就知道看电视，再拖下去你就病死算了”。爸爸指着我大声喊道。我心里觉得委屈，不就是没吃药吗，爸爸至于这么生气吗。我只觉得耳朵嗡嗡直响，爸爸这一巴掌犹如晴天霹雳，劈得我晕头转向。我快步离开客厅，饭也不吃，匆匆把药吃了，背上书包就向学校跑去。
刚走了没多久，只听见后面有细微的碎步声，扭头一看，是爸爸!他怎么追来了?只见爸爸快步走到我面前，一句话也不说，直接把鸡蛋牛奶放到我书包里，然后又把自己的围巾脱下来套到我脖子上。我看着爸爸，感觉有什么东西涌满了眼眶。我把头转过去，脑子里浮现了那个因为辅导我功课而疲倦的面孔，那个时常夜晚来给我盖被子的身躯，那个在我受伤时背着我去医院的背影……不争气的泪水终于夺眶而出，我哭了，哭得很伤心……
爸爸这一巴掌，虽然当时我感到很委屈，但是这一巴掌有爸爸对我的关心，我感受到爸爸对我深深的爱。我痛哭了一场，哭得很伤心。从此，父爱在我心里打下了深深的烙印，永不磨灭……
