在青海和西藏，有一种喇嘛，他们以吃苦为修行的方式。他们的衣食靠向人化缘，但他们并不贪，而是拥有一份自尊。他们不要钱物，只需要你施舍他一口吃的。他们不用装可怜，走到哪里，都会受到人们的尊敬。一个人如果真的遇到了困难，人们自然会向他伸出援手的;但如果自己不努力，缺乏做人最起码的尊严，只想利用人们的同情心，这种人就变得很可厌，根本不值得同情了。
