我通过龟丞相，获得了所有鱼族居民的电话，一整天，我就守在电话旁，一个一个挨着给迁居的鱼族民众拨号，几乎每一个鱼民都还是热爱自己的故乡，早有归乡愿望的他们，在接到我电话之后，都纷纷从各地赶回，其中海归也有不少呢！
终于，在这三天之后，所有人都聚齐了，经过起义大会决议，由我担任本次起义大会领袖，我号召全体河民响应反浊复清的指示：龙王负责每天监督工作，丞相负责处理海底的乱丢乱扔现象，将士们负责清理河面的污秽，而我们鱼族不仅要在黄河中做到见垃圾就捡，有垃圾不乱扔，还要在全世界各个地区展开动员，并负责消毒清理工作。谁让我们是子民呢？从小事做起，反浊复清人人有责！
我相信总有一天，清澈的河面将代替漂浮的污秽！
