这时，一只美丽的大凤蝶飞了过来。小猫连忙放下鱼竿，去捉蝴蝶。蝴蝶大吃一惊，赶紧飞到花丛里，消失了。猫爸爸见了，走到小河边，破口大骂道：“小猫，你不是去钓鱼吗？怎么跑过来捉蝴蝶呢！做任何事都要一心一意，不要三心二意。”小猫惭愧地低下了头，又坐到河岸上继续钓鱼。
不一会儿，一条大鱼上钩了。小猫怕鱼竿会被弄断，就拿了一个网袋往下一托，哇！一条小鱼！小猫开心地手舞足蹈。
