Country Garden and Me
On the way from Panyu City to Shunde City and approaching the conjunction point of both cities, a big advertisement board of the infamous Country Garden will catch your eyes. And on the board, a lovely girl gently holds a little white pigeon.
She looks at everybody with a sweet smile. Who is this girl? Let me tell you later. Country Garden is located at the Beijao town, Shunde City of Guangdong Province. Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.

最后一条小鱼不错，肥嘟嘟的'，看上去有很多肉，我来了精神，做好攻击准备，腿一瞪，张开嘴巴扑了过去，这条鱼被我吞了下去，真美味啊。如法炮制，几条鱼下了肚，嗯，吃饱了，我拍着肚皮，该到岸上玩玩了，“那是什么东西？”哈哈，原来是我的最爱—蚯蚓啊。呵呵，看我不把你抓住，那只蚯蚓也看到我了，哧溜一声钻进土里，我迅速扑过去，用利爪一挖，那只蚯蚓已经在我肚子里了。这时，天色已经暗了，今晚就睡在这块大石头下面吧。
嗯？好痛啊，这是谁？原来是讨厌的螃蟹，甲蟹大战开始了！我用利爪抓破了它的腿，它用钳子回敬我，我一扭头，把它一只钳子咬断了，它转身就逃，想逃？没门。我一口咬下去，那只螃蟹顿时粉身碎骨，呸呸，这个东西真难吃。我一扭脖子，把它扔了出去。岸上真不好受，我还是回我的家去吧。
“嘟嘟……”什么声音？我从梦中醒来，昨天和螃蟹的大战可把我累坏了，现在困得要命，但是有鱼吃啊，到底吃不吃呢？还是算了吧，现在饱饱的，嗯？有鱼吃为什么不吃呢，而且都是那么肥美新鲜的鱼，为了吃东西——冲啊！突然，一张大网从天而降，糟糕，上当了，这些鱼原来是诱饵啊，都怪我太贪吃了，呜呜呜呜……
从此以后，我就被关在铁笼子里，绝望地看着外面买主讨价还价。我多希望我被人买回去当宠物，而不是成为餐桌上的一道菜啊。
终于，我被苏翊天的舅舅买回了家。我听见苏翊天兄妹俩在观察我时窃窃私语：这甲鱼又懒又馋，还这么凶，根本没我们家小龟龟可爱。完蛋了，我最后的梦想破灭了。甲鱼朋友们，这就是贪吃的后果啊！

李勇一听此话站起来说：“我家桃树上有只大蜂窝，你敢不敢把它捅下来？”燕敬超和赵刚不容分说，架起我就上李勇家跑。到了李勇家，站在远处一看，吓了我一跳：妈呀！那可桃树上“结”了一只“向日葵”了！怎么办？大话以说出，现在要是说个“不字”，我燕敬亚的`大名就会被“小狗”俩个字给代替了。想到这，我接过赵刚递来的棍子，不管三七二十一，对准那“向日葵”就试一下。“嗡-----”受惊的黄蜂炸了群，到处飞。我赶紧扔掉木棍向草堆连滚带爬。那些黄蜂复仇来了，它们在我的头上、脸上、胳膊上乱刺，连鼻尖也不放过。疼得我是又喊又叫，眼泪直掉。可他们三个家伙却躲在草堆里“吃吃”地笑！

the radius of the earth is about 6,370 kilometres. it takes the earth 24 hours to rotate once. objects on the earths equator move with the earth at a speed of 460 metres per second, and the air close to the earths surface turns at the same speed. if the earth stopped rotating suddenly, the air would keep flowing eastward at a speed of 460 metres per second. the wind would be fourteen times as powerful as a hurricane. at the same time sea water would rush eastward at a speed of several hundred metres per second, which might do damages much greater than a seaquake would do. obviously, men could hardly stand such a catastrophe.
even if such a catastrophe would not happen, there would be a great temperature difference on the two hemispheres of the earth, and the four seasons of the year would no longer occur because a day and a night would be as long as a whole year instead of 24 hours. all this would greatly affect the life of human beings, imals and plants and that would cause worse results than anything imaginable.
