“没有教不会的孩子，只有不会教的父母”，观看了《小孩不笨》这部教育电影中得知这句话，使我受益匪浅。
一个良好的家教环境是一个孩子健康成长的根本保证。其影片中所涉及到的几个家庭的教育方式，结合我们现实生活中家教容易犯的误区，作为家长，我们当然希望自己的孩子样样都是最棒的!无论测验不是都能取得满分等。但这个心愿并非都那么容易如愿以偿呀!正如影片中的那个同学，几次考试都不合格(51分，结果回家，其母亲是怎样的对待呢?不就是骂、打?我们得静下心来想想，在这样的一个家教环境下成长的孩子们，他们身心会健康吗?在他的心灵深处又是怎样的一个世界呀?他内心的痛，很希望下一次能考得好些，妈妈便不再骂他，但结果 不如人愿的时候，他内所承受的压力，我们又怎能预料得到呢?
作为父母，我允许子犯错。孩子做错了，要及时有效地纠正，而不是不断地给孩子施压。给其一个良好的成长环境任何都重要。除了关心其学业成绩外，平时的行为规范也得重视，否则，很容易使其走上犯罪的道路。
一个孩子其学习成绩不理想，不要紧。作为家长，我们应该从多方面入手，找出主要原因，力所能及地给予辅导，必要时借助科任老师，找出难题给予解答，知识便会点点滴滴地积累起来的，不能将教育孩子重任推到老师身上。要知道，我们是孩子的第一任老师，家庭才是孩子成长的第一环境。
无论是家长还是老师，对孩子因材施教，都是非常重要的。作为家长，我们的身份是明确的。但在我的孩子面前，我是他们的朋友，无论在生活上、学习上，我们互相监督、互相沟通，共同进步。我的孩子性格较倔强，管不着命令式的教育方式，他做错了，要耐心地教育，不能骂，越骂越作反。他做好了，我会适当地表扬，他考试有了进步(哪怕是一分，我也会给予鼓励。当他付出了努力所得到的成绩得到我们的认同时，内心自然高兴得不得了(信心便成了动力。任何时候，我们对孩子都要有信心，“我说你行，你一定行”，你用了吗?
“十年树木，百年树人”，要教育好我们的下一代，是一项非常艰巨的任务。时下流行电脑上网等，我们要正确引导其上健康的网页，防止那些不良网页影响其身心发展，教育孩子适当使用电脑，不能误学习和休息时间。不断与孩子交流、沟通，无论在学习上还是生活上，处处关心孩子的成长，多抽时间与孩子散散步，谈谈心等等。我觉得教育好孩子是一项既伟大又长远的投资，比任何事业都重要!我们继续努力吧!携手共同创造一个健康的优良的家庭教育环境而努力吧!

电影的剧情很真实，让我们在剧中寻找到许多生活的影子，让我为父母的爱而感动，为父母们不当的教育方法而着急，为孩子们的不懂事、叛逆而无奈。
其实，天底下的父母都爱自己的孩子，但是很多父母都不懂的表达自己的爱。望子成龙，望女成凤的思想是存在于每一个家长的心目中的，所以往往把对孩子的期望直接转变为对孩子的要求，却不注意从心灵上进行沟通。就像剧中tom和jerry的父母，只顾赚钱，忙于自己的工作，极少管自己的孩子，甚至只是用纸条进行沟通，有事发生的时候就只知道责备孩子，孩子得不到应有的关爱、赏识和肯定。成才的父亲则是一个没有学识的粗人，教育不讲究方法，他很爱自己的孩子，但是教育的方法是那样的粗暴，成才不仅没有领会到爸爸的爱，反而十分叛逆，最终走向歧途，学校的不责之举更是促成了这个烂苹果的形成。
看看我们的学生家长对孩子的教育，也算数像这两类的家长居多了。偶尔向家长反映一下他孩子的不是，家长也是多数棍棒政策的'。再有一种就会说自己的工作怎么怎么忙啊，没有时间管教啦，希望老师多多教育之类的。学校的教育固然重要，但是家长的作用是不可替代的。
我认为我们教师应该善于发现孩子的闪光点，不能以成绩论英雄。更要让家长懂得表达自己的爱，与孩子保持有效的心灵沟通，学会用赏识的眼光看待自己的孩子，审视自己的教育方法。所以我建议把这两部电影推荐给家长或作为家长会的素材，引起家长的反思。

I am very happy at my new shool. My teachers and shoolmates are very friendly to me .They ofen help me with my study.Now I am not worried about my English because I make a lot of progress in it anb I become more and more intrested in it. My shool life here is also wonderful. I take part in many part-time activities . I make many friends there and learn lots of learning methods.
Now final exam is coming. I am busy preparing it . I will try my best to do well in it.

It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
