首先，警察通过直播交战情况，人员撤离和对人员送午饭等场景生动的形象来表现警察的行动，让民众感到警察工作的实际性，才会让民众更加了解到警察的工作，通过打感情牌来表现出警察也是有感情的，来告诉广大的民众，警察也是人，也有感情，警察工作也是有危险性的，从而使人们更加体谅警察的工作。
另一方面，警察在直播的时候也剪切掉一部分撤退的视频，从而表现在公共关系中有一定的虚假成分，恰当的虚假成分也许对安抚民心有一定作用，但是大量的虚假成分也是现在很多公关部门存在的问题，所以导致了民众对公关部门的怀疑。 综合上面的总结，我认为警察要利用公共关系来加强和民众之间的联系，保证警察工作的真实性，透明性和公开性，使民众看到警察的工作，看到实际行动从而增强对其的信任感，同时在其中必须遵守真实的原则，讲求实效，不光做表面功夫，否则也会失去民众对其的信任。所以可知，把握公共关系学的原理对于公共关系部门有重要作用，要恰当地利用公共关系学来维护和民众之间的关系与维护社会稳定。

墓。因此，我们认为曹操也有葬在亳州的可能性。不论曹操葬在哪里，曹操的故里在亳州，这上不争的事实。”
目前，曹操墓是否在河南?这座东汉大墓是否是曹操墓?正反双方都争论的很激烈。这也从一个侧面印证了“曹操”作为知名历史文化品牌，在现在乃至将来，仍然是一笔蕴藏着巨大社会价值的无形资产。因此追寻文明踪迹，寻访历史遗迹，传承历史文化，已成为时代潮流。
