但对于张继科这般鲜明的张扬个性，质疑声和嘘声却也是如雷贯耳，人们认为正是他前卫的“张扬”滋长了他的傲气，从而间接导致接二连三地与更多辉煌骄人的重大成就失之交臂。
“谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后”这句话可以说是从小听到大了，同时在自身上也有深深的感悟。在高一进入学时我的学号是五号的，然后就本着自己很厉害的心，认为不用学了，天天上课开小差，期末更是上课跟周围的同学说话、吃东西，严重阻碍学习，不利于自身的发展，成绩出来连自己也不忍直视了，回到家里妈妈问我老师没发成绩吗，我就说：“有啊，我藏起来了。”心里想着这么差了，不给他看好过了。看了之后还会让她担心，。后来入了高一下学期，我努力拼搏，同时也庆幸来到了一个学习氛围好的班级 同学们都很爱学习，我就深受他们的影响，于是下定决心不能再堕落下去了，要创造佳绩。从此我便天天上课认真听讲，做笔记是少不了的，自主完成作业，并挤出时间来复习，通过一段时间的努力，终于有成果了，到了高二上学期，在班级上，我是七号 ，。很明显，过于个性是不利于成就的取得，只有适度的个性才能获得一定的成就。
纵观古今，个性的发展确凿与个人成就大小有着必然的联系，好比母体与脐带，是密不可分的，而迎合了时代潮流的张扬个性更是会产生着深远持久的影响，熔铸于人们的日常生活中。
因此，在生活中我们应有适度的个性张扬，但不要过度，过度了就会产生不利影响。

夜幕降临，我隐隐约约听见了一阵哭声，出门一看，原来有一群小动物正围在一起，诉说着自己的苦衷呢！
我好奇地走了过去，只听，小蛇痛哭着说：“呜呜呜，原来，我们是庄稼地里的一把好手，而现在，人类想方设法四处捕捉我们，使我们整天提心吊胆，生怕被人们当成宴席上的美味佳肴，虽然，我们有时候对人类造成了伤害，可是，我们的功劳也大于对人类造成的灾难啊！”小鸟听了，也诉说到：“以前地球上鸟语花香，森林是我们鸟儿栖息玩耍的地方，而如今，人们过度地乱砍褴伐不说，我们还被狩猎的枪整天吵得不可安宁。”听了小鸟的哭诉，青蛙也忍不住开了口：“以前，我们青蛙是田里的好帮手，现在，科技发达了，人类用化肥替代了我们，这到不算什么，最可恶的是，人们大量捕***我的兄弟姐妹以及同胞，使我们的生命受到了严重的威胁，不得不整天东躲西藏，想出来放松放松，也只能选择在晚上夜深人静的时候，可真是生不如死啊！”大鲤鱼也开了口：“我和妻子还有孩子，原本在小河里过着无忧无滤的生活，可是，人们将大量污水排入小河，使河中的鱼虾都生存困难，没办法，我只好带着妻子和孩子一起逃入大海，可是在路上我的孩子因为受到风寒感染，咽下了最后一口气，我又只好带着妻子背井离乡，谁知，在路上妻子被人类的鱼网给网住了，最终成了桌上的美味佳肴”
