胖不止是女人的恶梦，对男人也一样。今天，胖，几乎已成一种“原罪”，我们电影电视中的精英，没有一个是肥人，好像瘦，才是精英的象征。于是减肥，成为一个永久的话题，也成为一门永远火旺的.生意。
在酒色财气、红尘俗浪的都会生活中，人们闻胖色变，却又受不住各方的诱惑，徒然在自己架起的油锅中煎熬。
其实不妨想穿点，只要不是痴肥，胖一点又何妨？中国传统，从来将“胖”视为福。你看我们寺庙里的佛像哪一尊不是肥嘟嘟、肉团团，还挺着个大肚腩？那颈脖底层层迭起的双下巴三下巴，看着让人非但不厌恶，反而十分享受，令人在多愁多烦恼的人世，到什么叫“达观”“福泰”和“厚道”。
被誉为香港人的“开心果”的沈殿霞（肥肥），就是因为她的胖，广结观众缘，成为香港花无百日红的影视圈内的常青树。特别在香港经济低迷股市狂泻的时月，香港人勒紧钱包减少外出就餐，日日回家吃饭，就是看着肥肥的丰润甜美的笑容度过艰难。上海的曹可凡也是一个“大块头”，他的笑口常开和很有分量的个子，给观众一种福泰、稳笃、可靠的感觉。
“胖”是一种生理现象，只要不是痴肥，不是超级肥胖，影响身体健康，我认为，不必吃药打针更不可动手术。胖没有大碍，但胖是需要智慧和幽默及灵活来支撑的。
胖并不可怕，可怕的是，胖而懒，再加蠢而迟钝，那才是无可救药。

in addition,we must warn the people of the importance of water and the danger we are facing.for example, in most asian societies where rice is the staple food, the water used after cleaning rice contains various nutrients for plant growth and is an excellent detergent to flush the toilet. furthermore, the intriguing idea of converting the inexhaustible sea water to fresh water supplies will be the ultimate solution.

回家后，我把情况告诉了妈妈，妈妈不但没有批评我，而且还表扬了我，说：“你这次英语考试虽然只有98分，但你的诚实得到了100分，没考好没有关系，只要知道错在哪里，今后努力克服就行了，但你诚实得到100分，照样奖励去游乐场的。”
这件事让我明白了：诚实就像一滴雨露，滋养我们的心灵。诚实是一股清澈的泉水，洗去肮脏，保持洁净。在任何情况下，我们都不能忘记诚实，永远做一个诚实的好学生，让诚实时刻伴我成长。
