今天早上，我和妈妈一起观看了湖南电视台公共频道的由中国人民大学附中王金战老师主讲的《怎样让每个孩子都爱上学习》，听了王老师的讲座，我从中收获很多。
王老师讲到的“别把学习当罪受”，我印象深刻，要把学习当成一件快乐的事情。家长除了要给我们创造良好的学习环境外，还要尊重我们的兴趣，不要逼着我们学着学那，不要家长的意愿强加到我们头上。只有自己感兴趣，才能激发我们的学习热情，让我们愿从心底里愿意学习，而不是把学习当成一种负担，也不是为了老师、为了家长而学。王老师还讲到考试不能紧张，心理负担不能太重，更不要好高骛远，要给自己加油，定一个能够实现的计划、目标。不能和别人比，只要自己努力了，就可以了。我希望家长能够关注我们的进步，哪怕是一点一滴，希望家长用欣赏的眼光去看待我们身上的优点。请家长不要吝啬你们的表扬，当发现我们的进步时，请大声表扬说一声“你真棒!”当我们遇到挫折时，我们需要你们的鼓励和支持。正如王老师所说，好孩子是夸出来的。有了家长的鼓励，我们才会有学习的动力，我们会在家长的陪伴下，渐渐地爱上学习。

一个空气清鲜的早晨，太阳伸了伸懒腰，无比欣慰的照耀大地。校门外，车啼声响成一片。摩托车在拥挤的“车群”中穿来插去，仿佛在说：“挤死我了，挤死我了。”我小心翼翼地下了车，三步并作两步的走向这个美丽的学校，心里舒畅极了。
时间犹如流水般流逝，第一节课上完了，迎来我最喜欢的讲座。
“著名儿童作家主题演讲”，我的眼睛一扫而过，心里嘀咕着：“这回，又会是哪位大作家大驾光临。”正当我猜想的时候，“主角”终于出场了，原来，她就是著名的儿童作家——王一梅。
王一梅作家和蔼可亲地向我们讲起了她成为作家的经历，主题是“外表美，不代表心灵美。”
王一梅作家从小生活在一个小镇，这个小镇非常小，即可能被人们忽略。在这个小镇上，有一个叫阿根的流浪汉。这个流浪汉阿根，五官不端正，背有点驼，脚有点瘸，有非常多人瞧不起他，还拿砖头砸她。四年级时的.王一梅实在看不下去了，气冲冲地向那些拿砖头砸阿根的人走去，大声训斥道：“你们为什么拿砖头砸阿根？”“因为阿根是个坏蛋，不但偷了猫，还把猫***起来吃啊。”话音刚落，王一梅顿时冒出冷汗，心里像个无底洞，带着疑惑向家里跑去，把事情的原委说给母亲听。母亲听了，语重心长的对王一梅说：“其实，阿根也是很可怜的。在阿根出生时，阿根的父亲去世了，阿根的母亲一手把阿根拉扯大，可在阿根七岁时，阿根的母亲也不幸去世了，这重重的灾难使阿根变成了孤儿。所以，阿根去偷猫，也是迫不得已的，也许是因为他太饿了吧！”
王一梅听到母亲的这番话，决定把它写成作文，第二天拿去给更多的人看，让大家知道，阿根虽然外表丑陋，但是心不丑。从此以后，再也没有人敢欺负阿根了。
王一梅作家的演讲完了，全场响起热烈的掌声，全场都被感动了。
这次讲座，让我懂得了一个道理：只要心灵美，外表再丑陋的人，他也不丑；如果心灵丑，外表再美丽的人，他也很丑……
