幼儿园
在那个最初接触等级的地点—幼儿园里，小朋友们在老师的心里被偷偷的分层。
那时候，我和我的好朋友X在同一班。一次下课，我们全班的小朋友在没有经过老师的允许下，闯入了“禁地”—我们的卧室。老师非常生气，让我们在门口罚站。但不久，老师用非常温和的语气对X说：“X小朋友，你先进来。”随后用非常严肃的对剩下的孩子说：“你们接着站。”
X很高兴的进了教室。只剩我们羞红着脸站在那。
一个疑问在幼小的'脑海里浮现：为什么同样是犯错，X可以被原谅，而我们还要继续罚站?
小学
三年级时的我，成绩在中下游徘徊。
数学课上，课本上有一道对我们“芸芸众生”来说非常困难的题，老师问：“有哪位同学会这道题?”这时一个熟悉的手臂举起，“好，请L同学到讲台为同学们讲解一下。”于是，一双双敬佩的目光凝聚在L身上，护送她到讲台。我呆呆的望着讲台上绽放着自信笑容的脸，动听的普通话很有节奏得从L洁白的牙齿中流出，我的心中满是向往和敬佩。我喃喃自语：“L好棒哦!什么时候我也能像她一样成为优生啊?”
那时，成为优生是一个遥不可及的梦。
初中
上了初中后，我开始努力学习，想实现小时候那个遥不可及的梦—成为优生。
我开始为而准备，认真听讲，认真做题，成为了别人眼中的优生。渐渐的，我遗忘了最初的热情，机械化的认真听课，习惯性的认真做题，沉默少语。不知从何时开始，我感到生活很空虚，竟开始羡慕那些差生，欣赏他们的率真，佩服他们的坦然。
对，我要回归。回归我原来那个坦率活泼的我，回归到同学间，一起聊八卦，吃零食，然后再潇洒地说：“我胖，我快乐!”

谚云：“白露身不露，寒露脚不露。”这句谚语提醒大家：白露节气一过，穿衣服就不能再赤膊露体;寒露节气一过，应注重足部保暖。
“白露”之后气候冷暖多变，特别是一早一晚，更添几分凉意。如果这时候再赤膊露体，穿着短裤，就容易受凉诱发伤风感冒或导致旧病复发。体质虚弱、患有胃病或慢性肺部疾患的人更要做到早晚添衣，睡觉莫贪凉。秋天病菌繁殖活跃，加之气候比较干燥，易造成病毒、细菌等病原微生物的传播，所以，秋季是呼吸道疾病的多发季节。
寒露过后，气候冷暖多变、昼夜温差变化较大，稍不注意，就易着凉伤风，诱发上呼吸道感染。此外，患有慢性胃病的朋友，生活中也应尽量注意保暖，避免因腹部受凉而导致胃病复发或加重。
寒露后入夜更是寒气袭人。“寒露脚不露”告诫人们寒露过后，要特别注重脚部的保暖，切勿赤脚，以防“寒从足生”。因为两脚离心脏最远，血液供应较少，再加上脚的脂肪层很薄，因此，保温性能差，容易受到冷刺激的影响。研究发现，脚与上呼吸道黏膜之间有着密切的神经联系。
一旦脚部受凉，就会引起上呼吸道黏膜毛细血管收缩，纤毛运动减弱，人体抵抗力下降，因此，足部保暖格外重要。寒露过后除了要穿保暖性能好的鞋袜外，还要养成睡前用热水洗脚的习惯，热水泡脚除了可预防呼吸道感染性疾病外，还能使血管扩张、血流加快，改善脚部皮肤和组织营养，可减少下肢酸痛的.发生，缓解或消除一天的疲劳。
