Time flies like an arrow before we realize it .It is known that nothing is more precious than time. The good old proverb "time is money" reminds us that time is valuable. When time goes by, it will never return. However, it is a pity that some people don't make full use of their time .They spend a lot of time in sleeping, chatting, playing computer games or other unmeaning matters. . They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.

双休日，我要上好多艺术培训班，如舞蹈。钢琴。书法绘画等，我从四五岁就开始上这些培训班，并且一直坚持了下来。
刚开始学舞蹈时，觉得很苦，尤其是练压腿基本功时，疼得我眼泪都流下来了，但是我还是流着泪坚持了下来。
学钢琴要天天练，手指才会找到感觉。刚开始练习时，我觉得很枯燥，特别是练习高抬指，每个手指都要到位，练得真辛苦。
梅花香自苦寒来，通过几年的学习，我的舞蹈。钢琴。绘画都有了很大进步，尤其是舞蹈，已经在市里和学校表演过多次，还多次上过电视；去年我通过了舞蹈四级，目前正在准备考五级。 我也会弹不少钢琴 曲子，今年暑假我考了钢琴二级。我最喜欢画画，画画可以让我放松心情，让我进入另一个欢乐的世界。
你们是不是觉得我太累了？其实，我有些累但更快乐。
节假日我会很放松很快乐，因为我们全家经常会去游山玩水。我们去过的地方，有远的有近的.，远的去过哈尔滨。大连。北京。烟台。长岛。荣成等城市，近的就多了，如林州的红旗渠。辉县的八里沟。郑州的少林寺 。开封的龙亭等等。旅游使我大开眼界，学到许多东西，也锻炼了身体。我喜欢旅游！

东方露出鱼肚白，束束光线从窗口she入，细微的灰尘在光线下飞扬飘舞，又调皮地掉落在靠窗的桌子上，安静的，新的一天就这样开始了，那时间也悄然而逝了。
这阳光的出现，也象征这要开始了白日的喧嚣。曾记得有这样一句话，‘新的一天新的开始，昨日的已成回忆，今天该是创造未来，明日是我们无限的憧憬。
时间总是感觉流逝的很快，当我们回头看来时的路，留下的只是满的回忆。那些过往，不知不觉的.就成为了我们回忆里的一段美丽。就算我们当初是那么地讨厌那段生活，可偶尔地想起也会觉得幸福无比。那些曾经的放纵，颓废，无聊。回忆的变得更加值得珍惜，可是，失去了的，也似那川流不息的河流，就那么地一去不回。才知道，童年时留下的某种的东西，也是多么值得纪念。也许我们曾经觉得什么也不是的，但还是有着我们值得回忆的一面的。就像我们觉得现在做得对的，十年后我们可能会认为那是多么可笑的一样。
青春，我们就是这样的无知！总是将自己放在一个放纵的窗口，做着一些可笑的事，而且还那么乐此不疲。
我们总是有一种恋旧的思想，会时不时地想起过往的时光。会无不感慨的叹息那些苍老了的岁月，韶华的流逝，苍老了我们的容颜，也苍老了我们的青春
有时，我们会因为眼前的繁华而停止不前，恋在那段时光。有时我们也会因为某段时光的不易，而回忆那些过往的美好。也正因为这样，社会脚步前进的同时，也会受到恋旧思想的影响。
闹钟“滴答滴答”地响着，将我从睡梦中拉了出来，打了个哈欠，把注意力集中在射入房间的光线中，微笑的尘埃，飘扬飞舞，竭力地展现自己那仅存的一点生气，那感觉，好像是要在那舞动中，将自己的生命淋漓尽致地燃烧，在尘埃未落之前，绽放出自己最美的姿态。我们的人生也应如此，不能一直妄想停留在过去的某个美好时段，未来也只是我们美好的寄托，我们应该做的是珍惜现在，过好现在的每分每秒。

For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

下课十分钟便是最宝贵的时间。坐在窗边，手托腮，静静地望着窗外来来往往的人。可以看见各种模样的人、各种模样的表情、各种模样的动作。喜欢一个人独自天马行空地猜想：这人发生了什么事？……总是陶醉在自己的想象中，漫无边际，怡然自得。有绽放笑容的人经过窗前，那他一定遇到了什么好事。考试成绩很理想？听见了有趣的事？恩，应该是后者，我可不希望一次的成绩去影响人的心情。看他身边还有一些朋友，那就一定是因为友谊而快乐。真好啊！可是，我的挚友现在身在何处？不知不觉怀念起交情甚深的小学同学，心中不禁苦楚……看同学们打闹也是一件十分有趣的事，看他们都快快乐乐的.，自己也愉悦了。
在家中，情况就大不相同的。这段时间，我也喜欢静望窗外。可窗外人群稀少，倒有不少美丽的植物。看着风吹过树梢，各种各样的大树随风摆动，甚者有片片叶子飘飘而落。就像是风中精灵，叶子轻盈柔美。有时也替叶子感到惋惜：还只是一片绿叶，就被风吹了。窗子的上方时一片蔚蓝的天空，只是——高大的建筑物只留下了一小片蓝天。有时，会有成群的大雁飞过，也被挡住了。我讨厌这些高楼大厦挡住我的视野！最美的，要数夕阳。幸好这些讨厌的家伙没挡住夕阳，不然我一定想办法折腾折腾。落日，是一片霞光。由黄到橙，由橙到红，由红到紫。渐变的色彩充满了柔情美，我愿意相信太阳累了，而不是因为运转。也许，在天的那一边，在一个金色的海岸，也有一个女孩在欣赏日落。清凉的海风啊，杂着海水咸咸的味道，轻轻抚过她的脸庞……若不是科技发展快速，说不准，我也可以在海边看美妙的日落……
课余时间，不要再打打闹闹，不如跟我一起静望窗外。你，用你丰富的想象力，会得到更多感受和体会。
