这部影片的确不错引人思考，我在网上看了一些对该影片的解析，但总觉得差强人意，至少有两个问题没有解决，第一，麦肯（胖子）受到虐待，为什么会产生十个人格，例如《搏击俱乐部》一个现实中缺少的人格取代了他本来的人格，主人公有了满足感不就行了?再说一般人产生俩仨很难的，他为什么会产生十个？第二，为什么会***人，这样问看起来有点2，但精神病也有自己的逻辑，例如《禁闭岛》的男主角虽然整部片子都在犯2，但最后还是有他的逻辑在里面。
问题先说这么多，先看看片名，ID指的是本我，致命ID实际是指致命本我，我刚开始看片名，我以为题材是黑客大战。本我是指人最为原始的、满足本能冲动的***，如饥饿、生气、性欲等。所以，看过影片的人都知道，本我就是那个孩子，与之对应的自我是指协调机制分别是那十个人，当这个孩子受到虐待时，本我时刻想报复社会以及施虐方，但因为是孩子没有力量（或者是超我的存在，超我指良心，一切道德规范），自我为了保护自身思想心灵，便生成了心理防御机制，来对抗施加在自己身上的痛苦。大家还记得医生提到的诗吗？这首诗片头片中片尾各出现了一次，当我走上楼梯（人格掌控肉体时），我见到一个不在那儿的人（只有肉体的人），今天他又不在那里（我可以上班了），我希望永远都见不到他/我希望他永远离开。（我希望永远掌控肉体，不让本我再受到伤害）。看到这首诗，就不难感受到小男孩所受到的痛苦了吧，为了逃避虐待，小男孩幻化出许多人，产生出的人格都觉得要保护小男孩，所以宁愿自己受虐待。在小男孩幻想出的人格中，他们进行不同的生活，那么问题就来了，为什么是十个人，我刚开始是觉得也许一个人受到虐待也接受不了，十个人轮流，那么每个人承受的就会小很多，后来觉得不对啊，麦肯还有点自闭症，根本不会察觉到外界所发生的一切，只是偶尔才会有个人格出来几分钟。我查看了一下自我防御机制，也许这十个人分别代表十种防御机制的一种，我粗浅认为代表如下：否认（情侣女）、压抑（孩子父）、合理化（孩子母）、移置（情侣男）、投射（囚犯甲、乙）、反向形成（不良的女人）、过度代偿（司机）、抵消（店老板）、升华、认同（明星）。网上有些分析说是这十个人代表麦肯的十种性格，这也有道理，但我觉得在那种情况下，产生性格或好或坏做什么用呢？防御机制倒可以帮助小男孩躲避矛盾，创造暂时的心理安宁。
本片心理医生有个错误，认为其中一个分裂人格是***人凶手，因此利用药物消灭其他人格，让好人格占据麦肯的身体，但自我因虐待产生出的人格与本我抗争显然力不存心“人的***不可能被毁灭，毁灭即死亡”所谓哀大莫过心死，此时的超我，就是最后的一点良心和道德规范也会因为被消灭而退缩，自我的防御机制本来就是为超我和本我之间的矛盾而产生的，但当全部都被毁灭的时候，本我肯定占上风，男孩本片中就说了一句话“不良的女人没有第二次机会”。也就是他对母亲的恨已经到达了无法容忍的态度，为什么最后一个***不良的女人，也许是超我（司机）的保护吧。
