八月十五，一年一度的中秋节又来到了，这次的中秋节可过的不一般。妈妈从单位给我带回来一盒香港产的月饼，它的外包装盒很漂亮，里面的月饼也很好吃，但是月饼实际只有四厘米直径大小，比传统的月饼小多了。
听爸爸讲在他们小时候，他们的月饼都是自己家做的。做出的.月饼个头大、又好吃。现在的月饼都是由专业机器生产出来的，月饼包上了一种不知名的东西，虽然好吃，但是没有故乡的月饼香甜。这可能就是“露从今夜白，月是故乡明”的道理。听了爸爸的讲述，我很想品味一下家乡风味的月饼。所以我们决定做一个传统的大月饼。
开始做月饼了，先把糖用白开水融化开，再把适量的苏打粉和白面和在一起，放入食用油，把化好的糖水和起来揉成一个月亮状的月饼放入锅里烙，大约过了七、八分钟就可以做出香味扑鼻的月饼了。
我们把做好的月饼和其他水果摆在窗户前，耐心地等待月亮的到来，过了很长时间，月光都没有光顾我们家的月饼。我和爸爸去寻找月亮哦，原来月亮被一幢房子挡住了！
我们打电话给亲人祝福他们中秋快乐，没过一会儿，月光就照到我们家，祝福以后，大家就开始快乐地吃月饼了。
