某同学,于某年某月考入某中学高中部,在精英荟萃的一班就读,我有幸成了她高中阶段第一任班主任、第一任语文老师、第一任年级组长，得以熟悉并了解她。
她有着强烈的进取心和求知欲，并且很独立、很主动地设计着自己的人生。她不喜欢轻易跟着别人转。在中考结束后大多数学生都去狂欢放松的时候，她选择了暑期语言进修。这使她后来的中文成绩、英文成绩在年级近千名学生中一直遥遥领先。她很擅长写作，这除了得益于她的想象力和创造力，更多依赖于她思维的\'个性和深度。她的随笔有一种独特的韵味和有别于常人的思考，她不喜欢写空话，无论是写自己生活的琐屑，还是发表对他人、对时事的看法，她绝对说真话。
所以她的文章总是吸引很多人，大家还常常被她文章中的悲悯情怀所打动，一个被辞退的教师，一位答不上题的同学，一只流浪的猫等等，都会让她顿生恻隐之心。更难得的是，她还剖析这些事件背后的文化意义，这就使得她身上散发着一种古老的人文精神，和她的独立态度和自由精神一样，这是她超越同届学生们的地方。作为一名热爱读书的女生，她有很敏感的心，对语言尤其有一种细腻而透彻的悟性，这使得她的文字温婉而不失一种张力。
她热爱团队，有较强的合作能力和组织能力。她是学生会社团部部长，曾策划了社团一系列活动，这也显示出她潜藏的领导才华;另外，兴趣的广泛和知识的丰富，以及对工作、对生活的热情，也使得她在同学群中颇受欢迎。
因为读书和随笔的原因，我们走得较近，她的聪慧、热情以及诚实、勤勉，给我留下了很好的印象;并且教学相长，她在某种程度上也促进了我教学的发展。所以在此我诚挚推荐她入贵校学习，并期待着她的学业、她的人生在更大的空间里有着更大的发展。

2.让申请人给你提供更多的材料，如简历等。
3.描述你把该申请人和其他申请人对比的先决条件。
我已从教20年，过去五年来，我指导过大约450名学生的独立研究项目。
五年来，我每年夏天带10名实习生，同时还以大银行集团(Big BankCorp.培训老师的身份带200多名大学生。
4.探讨你对申请人的了解程度。
我认识Doe先生是因为我每周的两次课他都上，而事实上只要求上一次。
史密斯小姐在大六会计事务所(Big Six Accounting Firm升职前两年一直直接向我报告。
5.选你所观察到的申请人的一、两个优点。
珍妮有绝佳的写作和与人交往技巧。Doe先生的特点是坚韧不拔、有分析头脑、善于与人沟通。

In capacity as Professor of Mathematics at Fudan University?I'm writing to recommend Mr. Wang?Gesintosyour PhD program in Computer Science. I have known Mr. Wang since his sophomore year of college?and have acted as his thesis advisormentor. In my experience?he is a gifteddiligent student?and an admirably hard worker.
Wang is an impressive student because he has been forced to overcome the significant challenge of a serious illness during his freshman year. When I first met Wang in my Discrete Math class?he did not appear to be anything special to me. While his exam scores were good?they were not as high as I would now expect of him.
What I didn't know then was that due to his illness?Wang was attempting to take all of the difficult early mathematics courses at one time?including Discrete Mathematics?Advanced Mathematics?Linear Algebra?and Possibilities. While most students found preparing for just one set of these exams difficult?Wang was overwhelmed by four of them. But in the end?he achieved an impressive score on the final exam?which made me conscious of his unusual determination he demonstrates when confronting difficult challenges.
Mr. WangI have often talked about a variety of mathematicscomputer science conceptsproblems. During these discussions?I always found him to be delightfully intelligent. Not only does he quickly understand the conceptsproblems presented to him?he is able to analyze these problemspresent solutions. But perhaps most important is that Wang's thinking is intensely rigorous. When looking at any question?he carefully scrutinizes itif he finds any uncertain issue
he clears them up immediately. I believe this kind of thought is essential to become an excellent computer programmer.
Serving as his thesis advisor?I had a first-hand opportunity to observe the way in which Wang's mind works. In his senor thesis?Mr. Wang mainly discussed two challenging questions in regards to″ANN″。 In our books in China?knowledge of ANNits uses are very rare. Few people in China have studied this topicconsequently?the materials that are available on ANN are limited. Working on this difficult project?not only did Mr. Wang rise to the challenge?but he went abovebeyond the call of duty to analyze his secondary sourcestest them for accuracy in practice. In this way?he found mistakes in the book that we use. His diligencehard work made me extremely proud of him.

i have known mr.

to my surprise, i found he was among the few students in his class who could keep up with the pace of my lectures. moreover, he often posed thought-provoking questions during the course. thus it was natural that i liked discussing with this young man and became familiar with him. the more i knew him, the more i found he was talented at mathematics. as you can see, he got excellent scores on the course.
in fact, he ranked no. 1 on this 270 hours course in the talented student class which has 34 intelligent others. with his outstanding talent and solid mathematical background, he also did quite well in most other courses during his undergraduate study.
as to his personality, i would like to say mr. caleb is a warm-hearted, honest and upright
student. he was always ready to help others. during my lectures, many students got confused at some points and i could always see mr. caleb help them explain during breaks. in the meanwhile, i must admit that mr. caleb was a bit impatient

比起以前小学的校园，八中的校园仿佛是一个大花园，漂亮的教学楼，宽敞的教室，让我们在这里畅游知识的海洋，与老师和同学们学习一个个新知识，探索一个个新疑点，解决一个个新问题。
在校园许多的建筑中，我最喜欢的要数那个很大，宽敞的风雨球场了。远处望去，一个巨大的红色的三角形屋檐，是那样醒目。每当课间，放学，都会有许多的同学到风雨球场上打球。听老师说，这是柳州市最大的风雨球场。可以容纳全校几千名师生在里面开会。无论是烈日当头，还是大雨倾盆，都能方便的在风雨球场中招开会议。如果上体育课，还可以容纳六个班的学生在球场里做体育锻炼。
校园中除了风雨球场还有地理园、植物园、小花园等建筑，它们都是那样的美丽新奇，让我们在紧张的学习后，可以放松一下心情，投入花草树木的怀抱之中。
面对新的班级，老师和同学，我感到很高兴。仅管我们还不大了解，对老师的新教学方式还不太习惯。但我们都在尽自己的努力，多交朋友，多谈心里话；回家后，我们勤奋学习，按老师的要求把作业练习认真完成。
在许多的新老师中，给我印象最深的是语文老师。我觉得她上的课有一种独特的.风格。以前的语文老师注重作业，练习，让我们从作业中去找方法。而中学的语文老师注重说和表达。上课时，让我们把自己的感受说出来，有不懂的地方可以尽情的问，与同学一起讨论解决。而不是仅仅让同学们从作业中去找答案。而是在讨论中寻求真谛。所以，以前并不太喜欢语文的我，已经被文学的魅力深深吸引，开始对语文这科目有了新的认识。
下课时，同学们有的尽情玩耍，有的围在一团好像在议论着什么，有的安静的坐在位置上阅读书籍。这些画面对我们来说都是再平常不过的了，这一切一切，正是说明了同学们由陌生人变成了好朋友，慢慢地已经熟悉了中学的生活。融入了新的大家庭里。
说到这，我已经感受了许多“不一样”，它们像一扇门，需要我们走进去，去适应，去学习。新的校园生活是一扇门，每一个学科是扇门，将要面对的困难也是一扇门。我现在要做的就是走进这一扇扇门中，打造出一个新的自己。让自己尽快的成为一个让老师、同学们满意的中学生。

mr. xxxxx took my management science courses last year and quickly demonstrated his proficiency in learning and applying analytical methods. he exhibited a great thirst for learning and always sought alternative solutions to problems by deepening and expanding his knowledge, often going well beyond course requirements. his assignments, exams, personal inquiries and performance in class discussions demonstrated considerable prowess in dealing with quantitative issues. although i cannot say that he was the best student i have ever taught, i certainly appreciate his attitude and cannot help but applaud his effort and ability.
before he decided to go to graduate school, he discussed the issue with me. he indicated an interest in pursuing a career involving accounting and finance because he saw accounting as the basis of other business disciplines and recognized his own abilities and inclinations in this field. i believe that his solid verbal skills will also provide him with strong support.
during the past three years mr. xxxx’s academic performance has been quite impressive, and he has demonstrated the ability to master a variety of widely disparate subjects. he did not exhibit any weak subjects in the bachelor of business administration program, a comprehensive business program including subjects from various fields such as accounting, finance, quantitative business methods, marketing, and business law. last year he was awarded a departmental certificate of merit in recognition of his outstanding performance during one of his most intensive semesters. he was also placed on the faculty of business dean’s list during the xxxx-xxxx academic year.
