My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.
I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.
My mum is not very beautiful, but I admire and love her.

这是我读的第二本东野圭吾的小说。
如第一本《解忧杂货铺》一样，读的最快的书，这次是三天，其实昨天晚上剩下几十页原本可以读完，可是胆小的我真的不敢读完，因为最后真正的X4出现了，只是一些文字就可以让我浑身起鸡皮疙瘩，赶紧转移注意力，看看其他轻松的东西，关机手机睡觉，白天接着读完。
东野圭吾的这部《假面饭店》不像《解忧杂货铺》那样烧脑，可是依然令人佩服作者缜密的逻辑思维，和细腻的人物形象，人物的一个动作，神态描写都是细致入微，带入感强烈。
前面出现的所有人物，各类层出不穷的事假，看似不相关的入住的客人，其实都是为最后的X4出场做铺垫。回头看来正是因为前面强调赘述山岸尚美优秀的职业素养，以顾客至上，为了保护入住客人的隐私而拒绝长仓麻贵找人的要求，而埋下怨恨。新田正是因为学生时期为了维护同学而让老师蒙羞，从而受到心灵伤害，严重影响今后的工作与生活。当再次相遇，激起心中所有的怨恨从而发泄报复……
东野圭吾的作品魅力还在于直击人心，引人思考。书中是一间高级饭店，顾大局利益的管理者，优秀的饭店员工，掩饰身份卧底的刑警，形形色色的客人们。还有现实中的我们何尝不是在不同的环境场合扮演着不同的角色。因为那层面具是我们的保护色。像是我们看似开心快乐其实孤独的心。看似强大独当一面其实脆弱的心。看似话来开口侃侃而谈其实匮乏的心......
回归现实，我们何尝不是想展示最好一面的自己。摘掉面具，我们还是我们，我还是我。

好了，故事情节就不一一介绍了，说点有用的吧。故事讲述的是一间很有名气的酒店，不仅酒店里面的每个部门都很配合，且所以的员工每天都在积极地工作，最重要的是他们都很有礼貌。虽然同为是做酒店行业的，但跟电视剧中的服务员比起来，可是小巫见大巫，这一点可不是吹的啊！不过显然这是环境素质的问题！一个从小在一个很文明礼貌的社会长大的`人，个人素质修养肯定是很好的。个人素质好了，所做的行业就肯定会有很好的质量；质量高了，那带来的必然是外界的赞赏和重视！但我意思不是说我们的社会不文明！我们中国也有我们中国社会的的特色。有个名人曾说过："人类的行为都是可以通过后天培养的！"别人可以做的好，我们也一样可以做的好，且能做得更好。不是说见个客人来了，打个很好的招呼或帮客人满意解决问题就行了的了。不过没错，这个必然是个基础！但我们更看重的是我们在为客人服务时的态度和质量，在为客人服务时的沟通等等。
有一点我觉得我们跟电视剧很像的，就是员工都很团结！一方有难，八方相助。这一点，不管在电视剧中还是实现的我们团队，都很好地体现出来！虽然我们没有像电视剧那样，团结到一起"打架"，但我们能在日常生活中做到"你有困难我帮你，我有困难你帮我"，这也是一个很团结的标准了！
在本片中，有一个很让人感动到敬佩的地方。不管是一线的服务员也好还是高级的管理人员，他们都很爱他们的酒店！他们不舍得离开酒店，因为他们对酒店和同事们已经有了深厚的感情，大家都不想离开大家，就算酒店因资金问题发不了薪水，他们也愿意留下！这一点让我十分钦佩！其实不要说他们，就连我也曾遇到这些问题。我父母也曾花很多工功劝我离开酒店，叫我不要死抱着这分一千多块钱的工作浪费时间，浪费青春！但经过一段长时间的相处，我早已跟所有的同事都有了深厚的感情，我都不敢离开他们，也害怕离开他们。且再加上我来做酒店这个服务行业做三年也是创业的需要。所以我决定不管别人如何说，我都相信自己的决定，要留下来，陪酒店走过这艰难的三年！
最后，我总结了以上内容得出了我看完这部《情定大饭店》的，那就是：我爱我酒店！
