当前我国小学教育的现状对教育改革提出了新的要求。接下俩笔者将从宏观与微观两大方面综合分析当前小学教育的现状。从宏观层面来看，我国对小学教育的重视程度在不断提升，无论是九年义务制教育政策的出台，还是免除学杂费的相关政策，都为我国小学教育改革的推进奠定了坚实的基础。但是在实际的教学过程中，部分地区的九年义务制教育却无法得到落实，部分学校也仍然存在乱收学杂费的现象。从微观层面来看，则主要体现在小学教育本身的缺陷与不足，传统的应试教育理念根深蒂固，单一追求学生的成绩而忽视了对学生综合素养的培养以及德育教育，造成了学生成长的不全面。

2、时代发展对小学教育改革的要求

新时代背景下，小学教育改革成为必然。传统的教育模式与教育理念与时代要求逐渐相背离，在一定程度上阻碍了小学教育的发展。在这样的情况下，小学教育必须及时进行改革与调整才能与时代相适应，也才能承担起人才培养的重任。新时代意味着会出现新的情况与新的事物，而现代化的信息技术的发展及其的广泛应用也显示出了传统教育模式的滞后性。除此之外，时代发展意味着知识也进行了相应的更新，因此，为了促进学生的全面发展，小学教育也应该进行改革以适应时代发展的需求。

3、教育发展规律对改革的要求

事物发展都需要遵循一定的规律，而矛盾是推动事物向前发展的根本原因。当前小学教育中越来越突出的矛盾为改革奠定了基础。在事物发展的过程中，只有通过变革旧事物中不相适应的成分才能催生新事物，也符合事物发展的基本规律。传统教育模式之下的小学教育逐渐走向衰落，必将被新的教育模式所代替。综上所述，对小学教育的改革是遵循教育发展规律的必然选择。
