很久以前，有一家富人，他养了一只猫和一只狗。
一天，富人发现他们家的珠宝被盗了，他在家里自言自语的说：“我家的宝贝被谁盗走了呢？”富人急得像热锅上的蚂蚁一样，怎么也想不出一点道理出来。狗和猫走到主人面前说：“主人你别急，我们去找。”他们就到村子找啊找，他们看见一家穷人盖好大的房子，猫和狗想他们饭都没得吃，还有钱盖大房子？难道是这家人偷了我们家主人的珠宝？猫和狗就进了这个院子，在花园里抓住一只小老鼠，老鼠就“吱吱”地叫，这时老鼠的妈妈来了，老鼠妈妈知道了猫和狗的来意，你放了我的孩子吧！我告诉你们这家人有一个木盒子，里面有一个大珍珠。它就去咬那个盒子，然后把盒子咬开，要小老鼠进去把珍珠含出来，给了猫和狗，猫和狗就赶快回家，但是回家的路上有一条小河挡住了他们的去路，狗会游泳，狗就背猫过河，猫把珍珠含在嘴里，小朋友看见了就喊大家都来看哪，狗背猫！狗背猫！猫一笑，珍珠掉到河里了，狗就下去找，找啊找，终于找到了，狗累死了，坐在河边上，跟猫说：你快回去吧，主人着急着呢！回到家主人问他怎么你一个人回来了，狗呢？猫说狗去玩了，主人听了很生气，从此以后主人就给猫吃鱼，给狗骨头吃。
猫和狗就成了一对冤家，狗看见猫就咬。猫吃鱼，狗啃骨头的事实就流传到现在。

1.Cats
Cats are very cute animals,they are very special as well.
It has pointy ears,round eyes,little claws,and short but soft fur.Cats like eating fish and mice.They like to keep themselves clean,they do that by licking their fur.Also they are nocturnal animals,they sleep in the daytime and do most of their movements at night.
We should love cat,because cats are our friends,too.
2.I love cats,they are very intelligent.They have a lot of colors,I like most is black cat,black cat 's eyes are yellow,and the cat's eye at night will flash.The cat is very clever,can climb trees,most cats are caught rats.They are not easy to get sick,is adapted to survive in the wild,so there are so many stray cats.They are very poor,we should help them.
3.I used to have a Persian cat at my house. It is long curly hair, green eyes or a blue one! The lovely little nose is always smelling, and still a pure breed! Don't mention how cute it is! He is one of my favorite Persian cats - gigi.
Kiki's temper is very small, generally very mild. 事情往往不是一成不变的，以前是冤家，现在也可能变成朋友。实验表明，人工喂大的老虎就把人类当成了他们的朋友。把猫和狗养在一起，它们也不再相互为敌，甚至会成为亲密无间的玩伴，但这只能出现在城镇家庭，主人把它们当宠物养，才可能出现这样的结果，而农村养的狗和猫依然互不相让，一见面就打架，谁也拿谁没办法。问一下农村的老人，他们告诉了我这样一个神话传说。
相传在很久很久以前，小麦不止结一个麦穗，而是从上到下长几十个。打的粮食吃不完，人们把粮食糟蹋的到处都是，甚至用白面烙饼当手纸用。有一次玉皇大帝到人间视察，发现了这种情况，就决定给人类一个惩罚。于是狂风大作，麦穗纷纷被刮走，一条狗和一只猫在玉皇大帝面前求情，玉皇大帝念起狗忠厚老实，就给它留了一穗麦子，说猫好吃懒做，就吩咐狗把磨面剩下的麸皮就给猫。而人类遭受到了饥饿，把玉皇大帝留给狗的麦子也抢走了。狗问它的主人：“你把我的粮食拿走了，我吃什么？”主人说：“你吃矢！”从此后狗只能吃人类的粪便了。而人们却把麸皮给了拉磨的驴子。
猫去问狗讨要麸皮，狗没有什么东西给猫，于是它们就打了起来。从此以后就成了冤家对头，只要一见面就水火不相容。猫一边打，一边发出“麸，麸”的叫声，向狗讨要玉皇大帝就给猫的麸皮，而狗自觉有愧于猫，就尽量不和猫搏斗。
关于狗和猫结仇的神话传说，还有其它版本，此种民间故事流传于陕西河南一带，今天我把它整理出来，供大家娱乐。
