记得有一次暑假，我们全家人都去了海边，那天太阳很大，本来不是很热，后来越来越热。我们刚进入水中，感觉很冷，慢慢地觉得很凉爽了。那时，我还不会游泳，只好戴着游泳圈。虽然游的不快，但是我游的很快乐。那里浪很大，有时你好不容易游远了一点，又被大冲了回去。我是第一次在海里游泳，我不敢一个人游，所以我戴着游泳圈还要抱着爸爸的大腿在那玩。哥哥一开始不敢游太远，后来他慢慢游到了很远很远，我们看他比看蚂蚁还小。我抱着爸爸的大腿刚往前看，大浪就涌过来，冲进了我的眼睛里，当时我的眼泪不停的往下流，那时我就是眼泪直流三千尺啊！不过在爸爸的安慰下，我的眼泪终于停了。
玩了许久后，我们打算回家。那时太阳还是那么火辣，让人无法睁开眼睛。上岸时要经过一片大沙滩，妈妈叫我穿起鞋来，我不听，我喜欢光着小脚丫到处走。走到沙子上的时候，发现沙子已经被太阳晒的很烫了，就像被锅炒过的小铁球。我踩上去之后，不敢到处乱跑，只想离开沙滩。我后悔不穿鞋了，当时我很想穿起鞋来，可是妈妈拿着我的鞋歨的很远了，追不上了。等我离开沙滩，我的脚已经是通红通红的了。
虽然走沙滩不好受，但是游泳时还是很快乐。
