By the time you read this you will be 30. At the age of 18 I had so many hopes and dreams about where you'd be, what you'd be doing and with whom you'd spend your life with.
Right now I hope that you have traveled and seen everything you've always wanted to, both in Canada and overseas, and maybe even settled down somewhere in Australia doing some research in the field of biology (genetics.
I hope you're married to the man of your dreams. The man of mine is Gwynn. He is originally from South Africa (another place I wish to visit.
You'll probably have two children of your own – a girl(Michaela Anne and a boy (name yet to be decided.If everything goes according to plan you'll be living in Australia in a big house in a small town outside of a big city with a lot of land, a dog, Gwynn and your two beautiful children. Hopefully you have a career in the medical field, maybe doing research in genetics. Gwynn will be a computer programmer and you will be doing alright for yourselves.
However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.
Live long, be happy and live life to it's fullest.

小小的脑袋，大大的耳朵，挺着一个啤酒肚，小小的眼睛，身体壮得像一头小牛，嘴边常挂着憨态可掬的笑容。这就是我的爸爸，一个幽默搞笑的爸爸。
我的爸爸在成绩上对我的要求并不是太高，只是让我上课认真听讲，作业细心认真，但爸爸最关心的还是我的安全问题，在我独自出门的时候爸爸总会叮嘱我过马路的时候要小心，在走路的时候不要看书或听歌。虽然我已经听得很烦了，但爸爸毕竟是为我好。你们想知道我的爸爸是一个什么样的人吗，您别急，且听我慢慢道来!
一次中，我只顾掩护自己的试卷不被他人看见，做好了一直在像鸡妈妈守护小鸡一样，处处防着别人，自己却做得马马虎虎的，而我却不知道，考试卷被收上去了，我却以为自己会得一百分，喜滋滋的等待卷子发下来，卷子发下来以后我发现自己才得了89分，要知道妈妈对我的学习一向很严格，我得90就会挨批评，更别说89分。我怀着惶惶不安的.心情回家，果然回家后，妈妈就把我训了一顿，我自己开始哭了起来，爸爸回来后，了解了事情，对我说一次考不好不代表你的学习不好，我们来分析分析你为什么会错这么多题，最后的结果是因为粗心马虎，在下一次的考试中我想起了爸爸说的话，认认真真的做完后，又检查了几遍。最后得了98分，我欢天喜地的跑回家，爸爸的脸上露出了高兴的笑容令我十分开心。
一次我在马路上乱窜，很危险，爸爸把我叫回来，绷着脸，眉头深锁，我想从爸爸的脸上找出点答案，可爸爸的样子好令人害怕，接着用批评的语气说，你下次再敢在马路上乱跑我就不让你再出去玩了!我吓得连连点头!
如果爸爸出门的话，我们家里好像就少了一种活跃的空气，爸爸在家的时候，我和幽默的爸爸总会开始世界大战(贫嘴，而战争往往都是由爸爸引起的，而我是却全副武装的接应。
我喜欢我的爸爸，因为他是一个幽默的爸爸，他不会在别人面前摆架子,这就是我的爸爸——段小辉!

“吃饭了！听见没有！吃饭了！”听！妈妈又在喊我吃饭了！此时，我会应附上一句：“知道了！”可眼睛却始终离不开令我如痴如醉的书本。
看书，是我业余生活中不可缺少的一部分，它常让我忘记一切。
有一次我去姑姑家玩。本来，我和表弟表妹商量好了玩“捉迷藏”的游戏，我来躲，他们找。我想躲在表弟的房间里，可刚进屋，便在表弟的书架上发现了一本《鲁滨孙漂流记》书的。于是，我爱不释手地看了起来，忘了正在与表弟表妹玩“捉迷藏”，更忘了躲起来。
因为这本书的内容太生动、太幽默了，我看得津津有味，不时发出“哈哈哈”的笑声。我的笑声惊动了表弟表妹，他们得意扬扬地走过来对我说：“我们终于捉到你了！表姐，你怎么这么傻呀？那么多难找的地方你不躲，偏偏躲在这里？”我丈二和尚——摸不着头脑，莫名其妙地说：“什么躲不躲？”他们顿时傻了眼，说：“表姐，你是吃错药了还是发烧了？”我不耐烦地说“去去去！谁发烧了？小孩子别乱说话。”说完，我便又拿起书细细品味了。虽然他们俩还在那里死磨硬缠，但我却几乎没有听见他们俩的声音，仿佛这个世界只有我和这本书，其他的什么都不存在了。
就这样，我一直在那里看这本书，不知过了多久，我终于一口气把这本书看完了。一阵微风吹来，我才回过神来，也才想到去找表弟表妹，可他们已经不知去向了。

The letter gives you a macro-view of your initial vision and lets you recognize how your current vision differs from the past.
