那天下雨，我就正好没带雨伞，只好赶快跑到没雨的地方，就在这时，纪律监督员立刻把我抓到教导处的走廊，我傻傻的`看着一群人，也站在那里罚站我想也是和我一样不小心犯错被抓到的吧。
当下的心情简直可以用忐忑不安来形容，我不知道会接受怎样的惩罚，只想赶快脱离那个地方，终于被我抓住机会，纪律监督员在和别人说话，其他老师也没注意，于是我赶快偷溜回到教室。
回到教室时，我一直咬着嘴唇不敢说话，深怕会被别人发现我偷溜回来的事，上课钟响，我看到一个面熟的人和老师说话，心想，惨了，那不就是抓我的纪律监督员吗，他该不会要抓我回去吧，我怕被发现，一直低着头，等到他离去时，我才放心，原来他不是专程来抓我的。
当下，我才了解到，原来说谎是那样让人害怕与不安的感觉，说谎很有可能要承担严重的后果，也有可能一辈子不被别人发现，说谎后，必须要提心吊胆害怕别人揭穿自己，其实不用那么害怕接受惩罚，只要说实话自己也能松一口气，惩罚只是一时的，说谎却要害怕很久。
