可以这么说，一个人在每天24小时中，能有两个小时的功夫撇开一切世俗烦扰，而走进书籍所展开的另一个精神世界去游览一番；这种幸福和愉悦，在心理的感受效果上，并不亚于一次远足和愉快惬意的旅游。
运动和读书都是生命体的率动，运动是强身健体、永葆青春活力的肢体锻炼；读书则是益智觅趣、提高品位、修身养性、延长生命、颐养天年的`大脑运动；让自己的生存空间更加广阔，让自己的生活质量更为丰富，让自己的生命价值更有提升。“生命在于运动”，运动可不能局限于肢体锻炼而忽视大脑运动啊！
人生苦短，我们在值得珍惜的岁月里，不能再做不读书不运动这两件最愚蠢的事情啊！
