Then I recommendLeo, he jokes all day long, has a great sense of humor and crazyimagination. But he isn’t a classic good student, so perhapssometimes you’ll get a bit annoyed.

茶叶蛋，一种多么普通而又家喻户晓的美食啊！只要你在临海的路上走着，大街小巷里到处遍布着茶叶蛋的香气。从小到大我都很喜欢吃茶叶蛋，但是，你知道要做一锅美味的茶叶蛋，可需要很多的工序。
今天下午，我刚放学回家，妈妈突然心血来潮地对我说：今天是周末，我们煮你最喜欢吃的茶叶蛋吧。好呀，太棒了！我高兴地一蹦三尺高。说干就干，我们来到超市，买了一大袋的鹌鹑蛋，它们一个个像拇指般大小，小巧玲珑，可爱极了。妈妈说鹌鹑蛋号称动物人参，营养价值可高了，我不禁对这些小家伙刮目相看。接着妈妈又买了香叶、桂皮、辣椒等很多香料。我目瞪口呆起来，只知道茶叶蛋好吃，却不知道要放这么多材料，看来要煮一锅好吃的\'茶叶蛋，可真不是一件容易的事情。
回到家，妈妈先把鹌鹑蛋放在开水里烧了一会儿，等蛋清都凝固了以后，再把鹌鹑蛋一个个放在桌子上轻轻地敲几下，等蛋壳敲碎以后，再放回锅里，加上一瓢水，放进适量的盐、鸡精、酱油、老酒，再把那些香料全都放了进去，点上火开始烧起来。这时，我疑惑地问妈妈：煮茶叶蛋不需要放茶叶吗？啊，我忘记了。妈妈忙把茶叶再放了进去，妈妈真是一个小迷糊。
鹌鹑蛋在锅里烧了一会儿，水便开始沸腾了起来，发出咕嘟嘟的响声。顿时，茶叶蛋的香气遍布在了家里的每个角落，让我垂涎三尺。我忍不住对妈妈说：妈妈快给我一个解解馋吧，太诱人了！别急，现在还早着呢，心急吃不了热豆腐。茶叶蛋煮得越久才越好吃。必须浸泡一个晚上，让鹌鹑蛋充分吸收汤汁的美味才行。可是我实在忍不住了，趁妈妈没注意，偷偷地捞出一个来尝尝。咦，怎么淡淡的没什么味道，我才相信妈妈的话一点也不假。好不容易等到第二天早上，我一起床就直奔厨房，迫不及待地拿起一个茶叶蛋，狼吞虎咽地吃起来。啊！外面的蛋白嫩嫩的，里面的蛋黄香软交加。再加上汤汁的美味，茶叶蛋真是一种美味的小吃啊！

Next year, I hope that I will be able to enroll in your college. I began to take a special interest in history when I was a primary school student. I can still remember the historical stories my teachers told in class, so I was wondering if I should continue to study in your college. However, several days age, one of my friends told me that computer science is more popular nowadays.
As a matter of fact, many jobs need IT skills. I was advised that it’s more important to find a job than merely to satisfy personal interest. Therefore, it is now very hard for me to decide which subject I should choose. Must I give up my favorite subject and take employment need as a priority? I would be more than grateful to you if could tell me your advice about this. Your early reply would be highly appreciated.

提到河南小吃，洛阳的水席、开封的包子、郑州的烩面，是河南齐名的三大小吃。今天我就给大家简绍一下这：河南烩面。
这烩面，看上去卖相极好：透白的面条，配上好像碧玉般的香菜。可是让人食欲大增，还没吃呢，哈喇子估计就要留下来了。如果再淋上辣椒油，白里透红，绿配红。当艺术品展出都可以了！
看着好看，做法嘛……说简单也不简单，说难也不难。说白了，就是羊汤煮面，但是想做好，这里面的门道可就多了去了。
先要熬煮面用的羊汤。用羊肉和羊骨头，配上八角、大料、草果、茴香一起用纱布包裹，制成调料袋，放进锅里煮。先用大火煮开，再用小火慢炖2——3小时。（怎么感觉好像某些方便面的广告……）煮完放盐，放在一旁备用。煮完出锅的羊汤，带着一股鲜味。还没吃面呢，胃口都已经打开了。
之后和面。和面前要先加上一勺盐。之后，每揉10分钟，就要醒20分钟。而且要反复3——4次，不然面条可不会劲道。不过，这个步骤，也确实有点麻烦。面条揉完后，擀成合适的形状。还可以抹一些色拉油，增加色泽。再盖上保鲜膜，接着再醒20分钟。在醒面条的时候，还要准备一些配料：羊肉、粉条、黄花菜、香菜、豆腐丝、海带（或选用木耳）、鹌鹑蛋。
接着就要煮面了。锅中放入熬好的羊汤，接着把羊肉、香菜等配料放入搅匀。之后放面，并加盐调味。煮熟出锅。一碗美味的烩面就做好了！
吃的时候，就是一种享受了。依照我的习惯，先把配料吃了。各种鲜味，冲入嘴中。一下把胃口打开。之后吃面，一口口面片带着羊肉的鲜味入口，一点也不觉得腻，而是很爽滑。吃碗面，再喝上一口鲜美的羊汤。一声“爽！”脱口而出，真乃人间第一美味！
不光是好吃，这烩面的来头也很大。传说，在李世民（也就是唐太宗。）登基前。他患病落难与一个农民家。一个老妇人将一头“四不好像”（麋鹿）宰***，炖成汤。做面条给李世民吃。他一吃，病就好了。
怎么样？这就是我们河南的特色美食：烩面。各位“吃货”（指特别喜欢吃的人）们，动心了就赶紧找家烩面馆，买一碗大快朵颐吧！
