今天，我们来到了唐山地震纪念馆。虽然唐山大地震已经过去了四十年，但是人们还是不能忘掉这次可怕的地震。
我们刚走进纪念馆，就看见了脚底下有玻璃铺的路，玻璃下面是新建的唐山整个模型，在往前走，看到的地震前的唐山，没有现在的高楼大厦，基本上都是平房，唐山在北京的北部，是地震最严重的地方。还有一个被砸坏的挂钟，上面清晰显示着当时地震时间：凌晨三点四十二分零五十二秒，1976年发生了7。8级地震。唐山在这一刻成为废墟，整个唐山市顷刻间夷为平地，全市交通、通讯、供水、供电中断。满地都是砖头，柱子倒了，房子塌了，地面也裂了，汽车都变形了。造成24。2万人死亡，其中有7千多户家庭全部遇难，重伤16。4万人，名列20世纪世界地震死亡人数第一。唐山地震40年来，有了翻天覆地的变化。在这短短的时间里，是谁帮助了唐山恢复往日的辉煌，是党和人民的帮助和支持，使得现在的唐山建造的更繁华，高楼大厦，大癫痫病的治疗偏方有哪些大的南湖公园，干净明亮的商场……漂亮极了!有好多好多的小朋友在广场上玩耍，路边还有好多的小吃，看起来，就禁不住流口水。

Bicycle is a convinient means of transporation. It has been very popular in China. During the rush hours, particularly in big cities, you can often see a sea of bicycle riders in the streets. People can ride bicycles to their working places, to schools, to shopping centers and so on. In a word, bicycles play an important role in daily life.
Compared with cars, bicycles have many advantages. Firstly, they are not so expensive as cars and almost every family can afford to buy and repair them. Secondly, riding bicycle is a healthy form of exercise. They do good to our health. Thirdly, bicycles can save energy and does not cause any pollution, while cars will cause serious air pollution, which makes the air in our living place very dirty and makes a lot of people suffer from lung cancer. 说实话，在我看这节目以前，我一直觉得虽然中国在这些年迅速发展，创造了很多令世界震惊的奇迹，但仍是落后于最先崛起的西方。然而当我认真的看完了这个节目以后，中国再一次让我自豪。
当然，我并不是一个容易妥协的人，一旦我形成什么观念，其他人如果没有足够的解说是无法说服我的。在我观看这影片时也一样，我不断地提出疑问，不断地质疑，最后再慢慢接受。并不是因为我不相信中国的能力，而是我把西方的能力过于夸大化了。美国曾是世界毫无争议的最强领导者，顶尖的科技技术、最高的人民素质、雄厚的经济基础还有它自由的性质和光彩的成就让多少人产生美国梦，去向往到一个这样国度。它曾在我心中几乎为完美。
然而，就像一句“我本可以忍受黑暗，只要我从未感受光明”，从严厉到放松是幸福的，但从放松到严厉却是痛苦的.。社会在不断变革，守旧、自卑、封建的中国慢慢走向了开明、推陈出新，自信的道路，然而本就自由且开明的美国呢？只会走向更加开明。物极必反，没有足够的约束就没有足够的凝聚力和上进心。一味的妥协只会让人变本加厉，就像“若没有死亡，活着就没有足够的意义”、若没有约束，放松就没有足够的意义。
就这样，高高在上的美国竟也迎来了衰落。专家说西方不懂得实事求是，不愿意去承认中国的崛起，这是有原因的。你能想象第一名的优秀学生被倒数的学生慢慢超越的无奈与绝望吗？你可能会说只要努力任何人都能成功这并不是无法接受的事情，是的，你说的对，但是真正令人难过的点并不是被人超越而是被自己看不起的，觉得很差劲的人超越。美国无法很快接受事实是完全可以理解的，这一切都需要时间。但是美国对于中国的毁谤与诬蔑让我忍无可忍，简直是睁着眼睛说瞎话把一切坏事的责任推到我们身上，很像是小孩子玩游戏，输不起就开始闹。但令人敬佩的是中国的回应，中国就像成熟稳重的大哥哥，认真的说“谈，可以、打，奉陪、欺，没门”，让正在电视机前观看新闻联播的我不禁说出我爱你中国。
如果以前有人告诉我中国可以超越美国，我会告诉他：不要做梦脚踏实地。现在如果有人告诉我美国可以一直是世界的老大，我会告诉他：只要有中国，这是不可能的事情。
