她是一个非常正直的人，她不爱用棍子解决任何问题。总是以理服人。她就是我们的语文老师。
她一头卷发，浓黑的眉毛，高高的鼻梁，双眼皮，大眼睛。时常身穿一件棕色的上衣，一条牛仔裤，总是笑眯眯的，很慈祥。
儿时，我觉得她很美，总是温柔的伴着我们学习；儿时，我觉得她很神气，每一句话都能触动孩子们的心灵。现在，我才知道我们是教室中的鸽子，而她是我们的导师。引领着我们飞向湛蓝而深邃的天空。
记得有一次，班上有一位同学不写作业，她气极了，我想她一定要打人了，出乎意料她并没有像别的老师那样拿起棍子就揍，而是给那位同学讲了许多道理，告诉他一定要认真写作业，只有这样才会进步，老师相信他，他一定行！后来，在老师指导和鼓励下，那位同学终于把作业补完，脸上露出了成功的\'喜悦，此时，老师恬静的脸上也露出了满意的微笑。
还有一次，那次的教训让我一瞬间长大了，使我终身难忘。那是一个星期一的早上，临交作业了，我突然想起有道题忘做了，于是我便匆匆补，那哪里是补？其实是抄。是我顺手抄别人的，心想反正老师也不会发现。
下午课间老师把我找来问：“糖甜不甜？”我还不知怎么回事，老师又问：“别人吃过的馍馍香不香？”“不香！”“不香！你还吃？”我正思考老师话的意思呢，老师又问“以后还抄不抄别人的作业了？”我才明白，原来老师已经知道我抄作业了，顿时我的脸火辣辣的烧起来，我羞愧而后悔。“不抄了！”我说的话连我自己都听不清。老师说：“好吧！回去吧！”我红着脸回了班。
是啊，怎能抄作业呢？抄作业就是吃别人的嚼过的食物。我很感激我的老师，不管怎样她没有让我在别人面前丢脸。同时我也很佩服老师，她又是那样的神机妙算，把我们每个学生的心理摸得清清楚楚。
老师就是这样一个人，对我们教育时，既不用棍棒，也不用训斥，而我们却都能欣然接受，是因为她总能以理服人。
长大后我也一定要做一个像老师一样的人，做一个以理服人的好老师。

Firstly, the price of the bus has been cut down, which is very important, I think. Encouraging people to take bus can solve the biggest problem--too much people.
Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.
In my opinion, all the action above is useful. When the actions above are all finished, the city will be more perfect.
