答：本校绝对不分重点班和普通版。在初一分班的时候，严格按照摸底的成绩平均分班。每门课的平均分各班差距都不会超过0。05分。但是，半年的时间，有的班级成绩就显现，有的班级就显得要差一些。一方面有成绩本身是否“货真价实”的原因：有的孩子在小学毕业就进行考前辅导，所以摸底考试分数较高。但其实他没有这样的水平，几个月后分班时的尖子生沦为了中等生。第二方面是任课老师的原因。一套班子的任课老师不可能个个都很强。学校每年新老师较多，因为教学相对缺乏，导致可能个别科目一开始成绩相对落后。第三原因也是最为重要的原因：家长的重视程度。我们很多家长口中的“重点班”，有一个显著的原因是这个班级的家长对孩子学习相对重视。他们会经常和班主任和任课老师交流，当孩子学习上出现问题，他们会和老师电话，或请老师利用其余的时间辅导。也就是通过交流，第一时间将孩子学习上的薄弱点给攻克了。所以，家长可以自省：您和老师有交流吗？交流多吗？
