以前也在相关的教育教学书籍中看到过关于课堂教学方面的理论知识，强调教学的艺术性，课堂教学的效率问题，可是更多的流于理论上的说教，让人无法真正了解课堂教学的有关细节的琢磨与把握。通过对该书的阅读，的确是让我受益非浅。
教师的任务导向应该是为学生提供较多的机会去学习那些将要评估的材料，而不应该把过多的时间浪费在与教学内容无关的事情上，对教学中可能发生的影响教学的事件有一个预测和行之有效的处理方法。对授课内容在时间上有做出合理安排，这样才能够充分有效的传授教学内容，使得学生能够在有限的时间内获得较多的有价值有意义的知识。
通过对本书的阅读，我觉得集中学生的注意力:一是要在讲解知识的同时关注学生的反应，恰当的时候提出问题引发学生的思考，并对其回答更多的作出肯定的评价。二是要在平时要有对课堂纪律的一个严格要求，禁止出现那些讲话、睡觉等影响课堂教学的行为出现。当然在运用教师的强制力的同时，不能忽视跟学生的感性交流，为教学赢得一个相互尊重的的环境与氛围。
总之，在新课程的浪潮中，为了更好地教，为了使学生更好地学，教师必须真正地从事教学活动。在教学过程中，要努力提高课堂效率，要充分体现以教师为主导，学生为主体的新课程理念，在教学活动中体现学生的主人翁地位。
