绿海柔波的时候，我磨开了皮，有了厚厚的的茧，但我不觉得痛苦，一路的不平和粗糙，都是幸福的痕迹。
我慢慢拖着疲惫的躯壳，寻着亮光。春风轻起，划过我的壳子，我稳稳爬着，恐有闪失。一只麻雀从远处飞来，又匆忙从我身边飞走。巨大的气流，使我一阵摇摆，我长吁一口气，原来我仰慕的飞行竟如此沉重。我努力爬行着，听见风和雨的赞美，还有小山喑哑的细细低语。
快了快了，我飞快地爬着，走上弯弯曲曲的通往幸福的路，跨过起伏的山丘。多么期盼与风的.约会，多么期盼与苍苍白云握手。到了？到了吗？
忽然，一阵狂风吹来，我站立不稳，一阵眩晕，我随风飘然而落。
在我醒来的时候，一切都已改变，一切都令人吃惊，现实是——枯井、野草，还有昨夜春雨的雨滴。
我那个山巅上的梦，那个一念天堂的梦呢？
夜幕降临，多情的风在井底盘旋，抬头，繁星点点，好似一盏盏的灯挂在夜空，仿佛照亮了我的心，我觉得无比的惬意！记不清我有多久没有闲下心来看云、看月、数星星了，我把所有的时间和精力都用来追逐那个山巅上的梦了！
此时我明白了：不要把梦想放在山巅之上，我只是一只蜗牛，梦太高，我去不了那里。其实独坐枯井看云、看月、数星星，未尝不是一种幸福！

在巨大的水声里，我冷静下来，想起了前几天在网上看到的令人瞠目结舌的数据：世界上的淡水资源只有全球总水量的可以供人类享用的仅为而人们根本没有什么节水观念，把水当成可以无限使用的资源：一盆水，完全可以再利用，可刚弄脏一点，就被毫不犹豫地倒掉；还有不懂事的孩子用打了洞的瓶子装满纯净水随意泼洒；淋浴喷头在热水之前流出的冷水就任他白白流走……最过分的就属洗衣机了，全国一年会浪费714个昆明湖的水量！想到这里，我愧疚地望了望家中的洗衣机。12点到了，水声戛然而止。我从遐想中回到了现实，今天午饭怎么办？我在橱底发现了一包封存已久的快餐面，最讨厌吃快餐面的我为了节水只有捏着鼻子干吃了下去。
我在供水局工作，这一个月我自然无所事事，而在家待着只会消耗每一滴都如钻石般珍贵的水。我走在街上，路过超市，只见一片黑压压的人群拥在所有买水的柜台前争抢着，有的人甚至为了谁先拿到一瓶水而大打出手；原来绿树成荫的地方正在渐渐缩小，原来处处鸟鸣，现在一片死寂；原来人声鼎沸，如今街上见不到在超市之外活动的第二个人……
在外走了一天，晚上回家，尽管口渴难忍，但还是只喝了小半杯水；尽管饿得难受，但还只是用两碗水下了点面条充饥。两个星期过去了，家里所有东西都蒙上了一层厚厚的灰，必须做清洁了。我把抹布一次性打湿，将整个家抹了一遍，再用抹桌子的水拖地，倒马桶，连衣服都不敢洗，洗漱也只用一遍水。这一个月我过得异常艰难，尤其是最后一星期，家里只剩半桶水了，我是恨不得一杯水重复用八遍，但还是在离一个月结束的最后一天断水了，那一天我怀着一线希望到邻居家借水，结果刚说明来意就被轰了出来。当我再次走进超市时，与水有关的一切早在三星期前就被抢购一空。我回到家，没心情娱乐，没有水，什么也干不了：睡觉，被渴醒了；吃东西，越吃越渴；发呆，烦躁不安……随着时间的流逝，我越来越焦躁，一跃而起，又叫又跳，还吼着一些不成句的词，拳打脚踢。发泄完了，又陷入了更加口渴的煎熬之中。幸好断水的日子只有一天，但也足够让我体会到没有水的可怕。
宇宙水资源协会的决定是对的，一个月过后，至少在我的社交范围内再没有人浪费水，大家都把每一滴水看的无比珍贵，一小盆水会重复用几次，这让我感到很欣慰。
