运动会终于开始了。简短的开幕式，精彩、激烈、紧张的比赛都在我的心中留下了深刻的印象。

最令我记忆犹新的`是20×50接力跑，因为我也参加了这个项目。比赛开始了，只听“砰”地一声枪响，第一棒的罗璐同学像一支离弦的箭一般冲了出去，只见她准确无误地把棒子传递给了下一个同学刘佳梦，她又传给了下一个同学，这时，我们已经超过2班了。到了，马上到我了。这时，我的心里像揣了一只小兔子似的，“通通”直跳，我紧张极了，生怕掉了棒，终于，前一个同学把棒传给了我，我一点也不敢犹豫，抓起棒就跑。在炮的路上，我听见了同学们在为我加油，这样，我就更不能给班级丢脸了，我使出吃奶的劲向前跑去，把棒递给了下一个同学。“呼”，我长长地吁出了一口气。接着，我和同学们一起，帮剩下的几名同学加油。到最后一棒啦，这时，我们依然遥遥领先2班，最后一棒是陈子豪同学，他的手臂上系着一根代表冲刺的红领巾，他飞快地往前跑去，他的脚下向像生了风一般，又与2班拉开一段距离。啊，他到达了终点，那一刻，我们全班沸腾了起来。不过，我们的成绩还要和其他班比一下。

有一种胜利叫坚持，最振奋人心的就是1500米跑了。1500米，对于我来说是一个遥远的数字，想到它都会觉得颤栗。然而对于站在起跑线上的每一位女运动员来说，这将是她们将要面临的比赛。比赛开始了，罗璐冲在了最前边，我负责为她送水。我每隔一圈就为她拧开盖子，把水递给她，并不时地为她加油。终于，她来到了终点，在她跨入终点的那一霎那，她瘫坐在了地上，这时我的心中不由得一颤，到底是一股怎样的力量将她推上了1500米这一个漫长又富有挑战性的赛道呢？突然，我明白了，是坚定的毅力和无比巨大的勇气！啊，运动员们，我们为你们骄傲，我们为你们自豪！

通过这次运动会，我明白了一个道理：我们的人生道路就像是运动场，需要的是拼搏和勇气，才能带着我们跨越心胜利的终点线。

0717班在我眼里并不是很出色，但是通过这次运动会使我对这个班级另眼相看。我曾经说这个班级不是很团结，但是现在我认为为了集体项目，每个人都会尽力为班上争光，由此可见还是一个团结的大集体，我感到很高兴。

当我那天参加十二人绑腿跑，在上午训练时，由于没有配合好，使集体都训练不好，而我和另外一名同学是新加入的。因此她们都怪我和立功内外一名同学，当时我感到心里好难受。我真的是尽力的配合了，在训练中，我重复的摔交。真的摔的好疼，站起来之后接着训练，我心里没有怨言，因为这是集体的项目，也是班上的荣誉。我也不希望因为我一个人而影响整个集体。然而使我心里不平衡的是明明不是我影响的却偏说我是我，还一直说着风凉话，都是一个班，同样是一个项目，谁不希望搞得好，人人脸上都有光。我不明白当她们说着风凉话或是愿望一个人的时候，心里是怎样想的，谁愿意丢人呢?那天我很伤心的哭了。那是我开学后的第一次流泪，一个人得不到朋友的谅解是痛苦的，但得不到集体的谅解是让人想放弃世界。

我不知道自己的胸襟到底有多大，但我往往会因为一句话而想很长时间。在这次运动中，不仅看到了每个同学的优点，使我对这个班更自信，这是一个优秀的班级，我很荣幸是班上的一员。

These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.

Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.
