人在发生磨擦时，常常会出现三个好帮手“请、谢谢、对不起”，这三位好朋友会看情况不同而适时出现，帮助我们的人际关系。例如：同学之间可能会出现一些小问题发生口角磨擦，这时“对不起”小帮手就会立刻跳出来，只要犯错的人，马上诚心诚意倒歉，同学之间一定可以感受到心意，也会原谅他。
“请”好帮手出场了！常常大家都需要“同理心”帮助时，假如两个工人在搬运东西，通路只有狭窄的\'一条路，两人手上都搬着很重的东西，这时，只要一位工人说“请”，让另外一位工人先走，就可以省时间免去不必要的争执。
换“谢谢”小帮手欢乐登场！在大家工作之外去休闲的时候，总是有可能出去玩，带当地的特产回来跟大家分享。这时，大家可以开开心心的向主人说谢谢，他一定会很高兴。
我们既然有缘在同一个和谐的地方生活，“请、谢谢、对不起”这三个有礼貌的词语，要常常挂在嘴边，也要放在心里，更要用自己的行动来感动其它的人，让我们的生活处处充满和气。
