这天，我看了一个安全教育片，主要讲的地震、游泳、交通事故、火灾来袭时，怎样保护自身安全。
当地震来临时，如果是在家里，必须要躲在卫生间或坚硬的床底下，用柔软的枕头保护头部，千万不好躲在窗户底下，更不好从窗户上往下跳。如果在学校里，要躲在桌子下方，用手或书包保护头，听从老师的指挥，有秩序地迅速撤出教室，到操场上去抱头蹲下。
夏天天气炎热，有些孩子会到水塘边玩耍，这是很危险的，我们要在大人的带领下到游泳池里去游泳，还有就是不好在游泳池里嬉戏、打闹。
游泳前要做准备活动，也可用少量的冷水浇四肢，让身体尽快适应水温，以防抽筋，饥饿、饱食、过度劳累后不能游泳；游泳时遇到水草，应立即停止划水动作，改用仰泳姿势迅速离开水草。如果已经被缠住，应仰躺水面，一手划水，一手排开水草。切不可双手乱挥、双腿乱蹬，这样会使水草越缠越紧。游泳时遇到旋涡，应吸气下潜，从水底向外游，离开旋涡后再浮出水面；游泳时突然抽筋，如果离岸近应立即上岸，按摩抽筋的部位；如果离岸远，应立即仰面浮于水面，按摩或牵引抽筋部位，待抽筋不太严重时，立刻用未抽筋的肢体划水，尽快上岸。如果当时附近有其他人，应大声呼救；洪水季节绝对不能下河游泳。如果看到别人溺水自己的水性又不好时，应大声呼救，切记不好下水去营救。
“交通”是我们生活的一部分，与我们的人身安全息息相关。？有人说：“一个不经意的`动作就可能会改变人的一生！”交通安全就是如此。一场小小的意外可能会使你的人生从此变得不一样。以前有过多少人因违反交通秩序被捕入狱；以前有多少人正因交通事故而命丧黄泉；以前有多少人正因交通意外而终身残废。听着这一幕幕的杯具，我们就应都不能无动于衷吧？遵守交通规则是我们都就应做到而且是务必做！小而言之，这关联到人身安全的一道“防护墙”。
在马路上行走必须要靠右侧，过马路时，要看清红绿灯，走人行横道，不好跟汽车赛跑，也不好横穿马路。
发生火灾时要用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，朝最近的安全通道撤离，如果逃不出去，要呆在有窗户的大房间，便于呼救，切记不好乘坐电梯，如果火大时用湿棉被裹住身体，如果身上有火立即躺到地下翻滚。
