话说在四年级的那个暑假，我因为吃到不干净的食物，而导致肠胃不舒服，但我不以为意，病拖延了一天后，肚子更痛了，没办法只好去诊所。医生诊断后，便开了药，并叮咛我说今天之内只能吃流质的食物，要等到明天才能吃正常的食物，于是妈妈再这天帮我煮了一锅白稀饭!要我这一天都吃白稀饭，白稀饭味道平淡，对于重口味的我来说，这种粗茶淡饭犹如地狱刑罚一般，慢慢的折磨我。
终于这一天过去了，第二天一早，我飞也似的冲下楼，一进厨房就看到妈妈端着一碗控肉，及一碗饭说：“赶快吃你的早餐吧!”我一看到诱人的控肉，在闻到扑鼻的香气，就像野蛮人一般狼吞虎咽，但在狼吞虎咽中我还是可以感受到肥瘦均匀滑入口中得感觉。尤其是妈妈在卤汁中加的辣椒、八角散发出辛辣及香气更是令人无法自拔，那就更别说卤蛋漂亮的颜色及弹牙的口感!
那令人怀念的控肉味道，是妈妈的爱心私房菜，更是我永远难忘的好滋味!
