2、冬泳

对于冬泳爱好者，一定要有一定基础，循序渐进，应该从天气暖和时坚持每天下水，持续进行锻炼。另外，要选择熟悉水岸情况的地点冬泳，如果不熟悉水中及岸边的情况，就不要轻易下水，以免发生意外。另外，要结伴而行，以便互相照顾。

民国以来，贺冬的传统风俗，似有简化的趋势。但有些活动，逐渐固定化、程式化、更有普遍性。
4、祭祖祭天
旧时，立冬这天，人们还要举行祭祖祭天的活动。即便再忙的农人也要在家休息一天，***鸡宰羊，准备时令佳品，一方面祭祀祖先，以尽为人子孙的义务和责任;一方面祭祀苍天，感谢上天恩赐的丰年，并祈求上天赐给来岁风调雨顺;而祭祀仪式后的酒食也可让辛苦一年的农人，好好犒赏一下自己。
5、补冬
立冬后，就意味着今年的冬季正式来临。草木凋零，蛰虫休眠，万物活动趋向休止。人类虽没有冬眠之说，但民间却有立冬补冬的习俗。在南方，人们会吃些滋阴补阳，热量较高的食物，如鸡鸭鱼肉等，有的还会和中药一起煮来增加药补的功效，中药为当归、川芎、芍药、生地四味药。

段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
连贯性(coherence：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的必要条件。范文中nowadays, on one hand, on the other hand, in one’s opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。
