乌龟心想：这次比赛，我输定了。就在他闷闷不乐的时候，小朋友出现了。他们给乌龟出了一个好主意：穿上轮滑鞋，保你拿第一。从那以后，乌龟每天起来就练习滑轮滑。不久，就成了一名轮滑高手，滑得可快了！
比赛那天，天气晴朗，阳光明媚，只听一声枪响，选手们就像一枝枝离了弦的箭一样，冲向终点。
你看，乌龟穿着红色的轮滑鞋，头上绑了一条蓝色的`布条，样子可神气了！他头上的汗珠大滴大滴往下掉，但他马上就要实现愿望了，他可开心了。
兔子呢，他手里保持着两根胡萝卜，气喘吁吁地跑向终点。看着乌龟毫不费力地就超过了他，他的心情又伤心又难过。
比赛结束了，乌龟得了第一名。他跑过去安慰兔子，说：“兔子，你其实跑得比我快，只是，我穿了一双“神奇的鞋子”罢了。”
兔子恍然大悟。
兔子跟乌龟学起了轮滑，不久，他们成了一对形影不离的好朋友。
