In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.
There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.
In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.

（一）人民币持有人方面的原因
一是缺乏爱护人民币的意识。人民币具有强制权威、法律保证了其不会被人们拒绝、国家信用保证了其不会因为破旧或轻微的损伤而无法发挥货币功能、爱护不爱护人民币与人民币流通使用完全没有任何关系、客观导致人们缺乏爱护人民币的积极意识。二是缺少主动兑换残损人民币的动力。从成本和收益的角度来讲、只要人民币不会因为破旧或轻微的损伤导致无法使用、破旧人民币的持有者就没有动力到商业银行兑换新人民币、而当持有的人民币破旧到其他人不再接受、必须要进行兑换时、持有人才有动力为此付出时间成本到商业银行兑换人民币。三是习惯于进行现金交易方式。由于陇南辖区四个无库县是一个大农村地区、金融服务机构数网点覆盖率低、导致流通在农村市场的人民币很少回流到商业银行网点、加之农村地区群众偏好现金交易、非现金支付交易偏好不够、以至于流通人民币整洁度普度较低。
（二）商业银行方面的原因
一是商业银行回收残损人民币的积极性不高。尽管《中华人民共和国人民币管理条例》明确规定了办理人民币存取款业务的金融机构在人民币挑剔、兑换和券别调剂方面的义务、但是现实当中、由于缺乏有效的激励机制、各个商业银行在人民币的挑剔和兑换方面积极性并不高。二是商业银行残损币兑换业务人员能力不够。体现在临柜人员对《不宜流通人民币兑换标准》不能熟练地掌握、各个商业银行在现金挑剔上随意性比较大。三是商业银行与代理部门工作对接不够。由于陇南市地域情况特殊、早在20xx年左右便已撤销了四个发行库、无库县各商业银行出入库业务均通过邻县对口相关银行代办、这导致商业银行与货币发行部门由直接关系转变以间接关系、影响了彼此工作对接、现金供应紧张现象时有发生、甚至导致残损币重新进入流通。
（三）货币发行部门方面的原因
人民银行作为货币当局、是货币的主管机构、人民银行在货币投放、执法监督的力度上也是影响流通人民币整洁度的一个重要因素。但是由于属于撤库县、人民银行县支行发行职能丧失、导致工作严重缺乏抓手。

8月1日，我们一行人乘坐春秋航班，来到了梦寐以求的海滨城市──青岛。那是一座依山傍水的美丽山城，那里有一望无际的海水浴场，有风景秀丽的崂山，还有精巧别致的红瓦绿树，真不愧为避暑度假的好地方。
我们先来到闻名的“海上名山”的崂山。我们的车行驶在崂山的盘山公路上，窗外群峰耸立，山海相接；山脚下海浪阵阵，波涛滚滚。我感到像到了人间仙境一样，令人心旷神怡。
登山了，我们沿着山路往上爬。不久，一排瀑布骤然出现在眼前，那瀑布就像巨龙飞腾，气势磅礴。这就是著名的“龙潭瀑布”，果真名不虚传，那宏伟的`气势就像“飞流直下三千尺”般壮丽。
第二天，我们来到了海滨浴场冲浪。青岛的海边美丽极了：天是一片蓝玉，海是一块翡翠，远望水天相连，蔚为壮观。我们踩在细软的沙滩上，奔向那向往已久的大海。
大海卷起一层层美丽的浪花，呼啸着向沙滩打来，一眨眼它又逃了回去，就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时，一个一米多高的大浪拥上来，我赶紧把身体背过去，一浪过去了，我就向前走几步。不一会儿，又一排大浪冲来，我赶紧往回跑……我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏，绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声，那感觉正是爽极了。
青岛之旅给我留下了深刻的印象，要开学了，我多希望能有一个像去旅游那样快乐的新的开始啊！
