公园很快就建好了。不高兴难得高兴了一回，去自己新建的少年宫一游。
不高兴来到少年宫，第一个去的地方就是万层剧场。少年宫很大，万层塔最远最高，很难走到。别人说：“还是先近后远游玩吧。”不高兴回答:"我偏不高兴和你们一样!"于是，他在公园里走了五天五夜，才走到万层塔。到万层塔下，他已经饿坏了，狼吞虎咽的吃光了一个饭店的菜。有人好心劝他少吃一点，他回答：“不高兴!”
万层剧场有一万层，上塔方式有四种：步行、电梯、小型火箭、弹簧。不高兴选了弹簧。可是他在塔下面吃的太多了，连着压坏了几十根弹簧，最后紧急调运了一个超级大弹簧，加高加厚的，才把他一层层弹到了顶楼。
顶楼在演戏，正好是没头脑在演，演的\'是古代将军在和人对打。只见没头脑拿着枪向对方刺去，但突然停住了，口中还自言自语：“咦，剧本是什么呀……”真是让人哭笑不得。
不高兴又细看了他的打扮，见没头脑枪拿倒了，帽带歪了，衣服穿反了，脚上还穿着皮鞋!唉，古代有皮鞋吗?
没头脑和不高兴通了电话，都说要去找仙人要变回自己，没头脑和不高兴找到了仙人，他们异口同声的说要变回原来。仙人无奈，把他们变回了原样。

当不高兴去买东西时，街上来了一个锡兵，这个锡兵仍日紧紧地扛着长枪。寸步不离。这个锡兵本来是残疾的，但他的主人给他加了另一条腿，所以他每天都出来巡视市场。今天，锡兵看到一个纸做的姑娘被一个男孩丢进水缸。匆匆忙忙地走过去要阻男孩，但纸姑娘已经湿透。锡兵把纸姑娘放在阳光下晾干。晾干后，锡兵带纸做的姑娘去找她的主人。
不高兴找到纸姑娘了，这下，不高兴就高兴了。
