As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

春天，西湖边的柳树上吐出嫩绿的新芽，柳条在春风中翩翩起舞，就像小姑娘的辫子随风飘动。其间还有黄莺飞舞，竞相啼鸣，很让人惬意。苏堤边的桃花盛开了，它们红的`似火，粉的像霞，白的赛雪，美丽极了。这就是“柳浪闻莺“苏堤春晓的曼妙景色。
夏天，梧桐树被晒得低下了脑袋，树上的知了热得在高声鸣叫，但依然阻止不了前来西湖欣赏荷花的人们。这一池的荷花就像一幅活的画，一朵有一朵的姿态，有的还是花骨朵儿，害羞地不肯露出自己的脸蛋；有的张开了几片花瓣儿，好奇地打量着人们；还有的花瓣全绽开了，好像在热情地欢迎大家。风一吹，一池的荷花都在舞蹈，游客们纷纷拿出相机，留下这荷花曼妙的身姿。
秋天，南山路上法国梧桐枯黄的树叶纷纷下落，好像一只只飞舞的蝴蝶。植物园里桂花开得正香，黄色的花蕾芳香四溢，沁人心脾。这时，我最爱的便是“花港观鱼。一池可爱的小鱼，有金色的，有白色的，有黄色的，还有红色的。它们看似非常乖巧，在水中怡然自得地游来游去，只要你向它们抛一点食物，它们就会像龙卷风一样疯狂起来，争先恐后地来抢夺食物。
冬天，晶莹的雪花像可爱的小精灵一样跳着欢快的舞蹈。地面上铺满了厚厚积雪，断桥也银装素裹，远远望去，那依稀的石桥若隐若现，桥身似断非断，加上白雪映衬，真让人如醉如梦，不禁想起白娘子与许仙的传说。
西湖除了四季美景之外，还是“吃货的天堂。在这里，你可以吃到大名鼎鼎的西湖醋鱼，还可以吃到东坡肉、龙井虾仁、叫花鸡等许多特色美食，只是想想都让人垂涎三尺。赏过了西湖美景，再到楼外楼来品尝这些美食，那是多么惬意啊！

在导游的带领下，我们坐上了游船，开始欣赏周边的自然美景。
最先映入我们眼帘的是西冷桥，它与长桥、断桥并称西湖三大情人桥。或许它名气没有断桥那么大，但也曾经发生过一段曲折动人的爱情故事：一个名叫苏小小的姑娘，有一日在西冷桥上与一个少年阮郁邂逅，两人一见钟情，结成良缘，不久，阮郁在京做官的父亲催他归来。阮郁别后毫无音讯，苏小小情意难忘，时时思念，后人为了纪念她，就在西湖西冷桥畔修了苏小小墓。于墓上覆建慕才亭，为来吊唁的人遮蔽风雨，亭上有后人为苏小小题写的楹联。
随后，游船载着我们来到了“三潭印月”，其实，我们每个人在平时都见过这个景点，为什么这么说呢？因为它就印在人民币一元纸币的背面，可见“三潭印月”在我国风景名胜中有着极其重要的地位。
紧接着我们便看到了名扬海外的断桥，西湖断桥位于杭州北里湖和外西湖的分水点上，一端跨着北路，另一端接通“白堤”。中国民间传说《白蛇传》的故事即发生于此，传说中的白娘子和许仙就是在这断桥相会的，也为断桥景物增添了浪漫的色彩。而“断桥”实际上不是真正的断桥，它是在冬日的雪后，桥身向阳的`一面冰雪融化，背阳的一端仍有残雪，从高处和远处望去，桥似断桥，这就是“断桥残雪”的由来。
欣赏了这么多的胜地美景，令我印象最深的当属苏堤（苏东坡在此任州做官时为造福当地百姓修建的堤坝）了。荷叶满塘，由于是初夏，许多荷花还未盛开，但也都长出了花苞，个个含苞欲放。站在苏堤上眺望，满塘的绿色，一派生机盎然的景象。
这西子湖畔，让我沉醉其中；这西子湖畔，让我流连忘返；这西子湖畔，让我不得不赞叹祖国壮美的大好河山。

5月1日下午，我和爸爸妈妈、伯伯和赵阿姨一起加入游览西湖的人流。西湖位于杭州市中心，它依偎在山的怀抱中，像一位害羞的小姑娘。
西湖湖水清澈、碧绿，宛若一颗镶嵌在群山中的宝石，在太阳光下熠熠生辉。西湖边上的柳树的嫩绿色的树叶青翠欲滴，枝条随着微风扭动着柔软的腰肢，舒展开细长的手臂，提起翠绿的裙摆，跳起了优美的舞蹈。
我们沿长长的堤岸走了3个小时，由于游人很多，最后决定坐船到对岸。船大约有6米长。在微风中，船开始出发了。船夫在撑篙，我们坐在椅子上，尽情观赏西湖的美景。我们荡漾在西湖上，心里很兴奋。
波光粼粼的湖面上碧波荡漾，泛起的水波在阳光的照射下像闪着银光的鱼鳞。我把手伸进水里，水流冲击着我的手，把手往后冲，感觉舒服极了。微风轻轻吹拂着脸，凉丝丝的，真惬意！
我们乘坐的小船在湖面上荡漾着，不知过了多久，此时，夕阳西下，出现了美丽的晚霞。我立刻兴奋起来，拿出相机，“啪！啪！”地把迷人的晚霞美景拍了下来――水天相接的'地方被染成了橘红色，中间是还没落下去的金色的太，那里的湖水倒映着晚霞，湖水好像变成了橘红色的，美丽极了！不一会，橘红色消失了，天空中出现了一丝丝鱼肚白，又过了一会，天空变成了深蓝色。
船在湖面上行驶，我们也兴奋不已，船穿过一座桥，停靠在了岸边，我们下了船，心里都在想：“如果再坐一次就好了！”
我们上了岸，一阵淡雅的花香扑鼻而来，我们穿过西湖岸边的树林，依依不舍地离开了美丽的西湖……
