我都想好了，病好了第一件事，就是给您写封感谢信。我是农村的，小学文化，不会写字也不会说好听的话，只想表达我一个卵巢癌病人的心情。我之前生病走路都要别人扶着。您开的药，我只吃了3个月，就能下地干活了。所以，我感谢您，感谢北京伟达医院。
虽然我没有文化，但是我确实家里的顶梁柱，因为我的丈夫在5年前的了中风，后遗症很严重，什么也干不了，我们还有3个孩子，这一家的日子全靠我了。我是河北省承德的，您是我们全家的大救星。
我其实早就发现肚子里有东西了，而且还总是疼，但是舍不得花钱去医院看病。知道今年2月，由于肚子涨得很难受，实在挺不住了，我才去医院。结果检查就说得了卵巢癌。我简直都要疯了。不想活了，因为还要花钱治病。
后来我哥哥劝我说，让我为了丈夫和孩子活下去，没有我，他们更可怜。于是，我就答应了哥哥的要求。哥哥帮我打听到了北京伟达医院。当时，我难受得很，走路都走不动，腹水很严重，疼得满身是汗。后来我见到了郑院长您。
您不仅给我开了一些中药，还鼓励我要减轻，要支撑这个家。我很庆幸自己能遇见这么善良的医生，即使治疗效果不好我也不生气。
没有想到的`是，那中药的效果还真不错，反正对我这个病，特别对路。吃了3天，我就觉得睡觉好多了，也不像原来那么没劲了。
我的身体就一点点好了，吃了2个月的药后，就没有腹水了。3个月的时候，感觉情况很好，可以下地干活了。我就回到了自己幸福的家庭中，照顾着孩子和丈夫，我感觉到了活下来的意义。这期间郑伟鸿院长总是打电话鼓励我，询问我的情况。所以，今天我写封信，真的感谢她！感谢北京伟达医院的大夫。

孕育着小生命的您，现在一定处于喜悦和幸福之中，企盼着将来生一个健康、聪明的小宝宝，做个好母亲。同时，您可能会有许多疑惑和担忧。在您整个孕产期中，由于自身条件和周围环境等因素的变化，其实也隐藏着很多对孕妇本人或胎儿致命的风险。虽然这风险发生几率很小，但是摊到个体身上，就变成了百分之百，如果一旦造成后果，整个家庭都将追悔莫及。所以加强孕产期保健和产前筛查是和您的利益息息相关的。
产前筛查是通过简便、可行、无创的方法，对严重的遗传性疾病(如唐氏综合征或先天畸形(如神经管畸形进行产前筛选检查，检出具有出生缺陷高风险的人群，防止出生缺陷。为此，我们建议您：
1.当您确认***后，在孕11-13周做四维彩超检查NT(胎儿颈项后透明带宽度，血清学检查B-HCG和妊娠相关蛋白(PAPP-A，通过两项检查联合的方法，唐氏综合征的检出率达80%。
2.妊娠15-20周，做“唐氏筛查”，检测母体血清中甲型胎儿蛋白(AFP、绒毛膜促性腺激素，以排除21三体先天愚型疾病。
3.妊娠20-24周四维彩超中期筛查，检查明显的胎儿畸形(如神经管缺陷。
4.对唐氏综合征筛查高危的孕妇，可行无创DNA(13-24周，羊水穿刺染色体检查(14-20周。
我院于2016年7月引进美国GE公司VolusonE8彩超，这是一款高档四维彩超，被誉为“神奇彩超”，是筛查胎儿畸形的尖端设备。目前已成功筛查459例，预约筛查96例。共筛查出严重畸形胎儿15例，其中唇腭裂5例、神经管缺陷5例、脑积水1例、腹裂1例、胎儿水肿1例、复杂性心脏畸形2例，均已给予相应的干预。为提高胎儿畸形检出率及确诊率，我院和金域检验、湘雅医院合作，开展了“唐氏筛查”和无创DNA检查。
农村孕产妇在我院足月顺产基准价2000元，新农合报销1500元，降消项目补助500元，等于免费；计划性剖宫产限价3150元，新农合报销2205元，降消项目补助500元。
