早上，老师带着我们一行来到了红星农场。
我们首先来到了湘菜名店养生馆，先进了湘菜名店，我感觉如同到了乡村饭店一般：是不是听见一声鸟啼，时不时闻到一丝花香，时不时看见一些在水中的鱼。再加上宽敞的大厅、木质桌椅、自己开造的小河，还有两边放了一些假树假花，水中还有一群小鱼在嬉闹，给人一种返璞归真的清新感觉。
参观完养生馆，我们陆续玩了许多好玩的项目：走独木桥、过铁桶桥、煮红薯、扔手榴弹......其中，做石灰人是最好玩儿的。
做石灰人的作法十分简单：每人拿一个你喜欢的卡通模具，，再找3个夹子把分开的口夹紧，不要让水漏出来。之后让教官往模具里倒满石灰水，过15分钟后，就成形干固了。把干固形成的卡通人物取出来，就大功告成了!在这个过程中，同学们的衣服上有的因为石灰水没有拿稳，水溅到衣服上、裤子上，到处都是。有的同学手上全是石灰水，慢慢地石灰水都是干固，他还混然不知，用手摸脸，还有的同学做出来的石灰人，缺胳膊少腿，有的还没有耳朵。而我做的石灰人，有的因为石灰人没干透，所以不是没有耳朵，就是胳膊断了，最终一个没做成。
下午，大巴过来了，我们也正是宣布了此次参观旅程的结束。

1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。

一天，桑娜又在炉边补破渔网。孩子们在家里玩。渔夫出海捕鱼了，家里又只剩桑娜照看。
桑娜坐在炉边补着鱼网。她边补边默默地想着这几天的就餐。家里只有两条小鱼和一条大鱼，算起来还不够吃。该怎么办呢?突然,她想到了一个办法。于是，她放下鱼网，带着孩子们在海边边玩边捡贝壳。来到了海边的沙滩上，桑娜就带着孩子们捡起贝壳来。她专捡一些比较漂亮的贝壳，捡了很久，终于捡到了两百多个。这是多么不容易的呀!贝壳要漂亮的，她还要尽量多捡一些。
桑娜捡了一大袋，这个时候的她已筋疲力尽了。满头的汗水落到海水里叮当作响。桑娜兴奋地跑回家里。坐到火炉边，她依次把每个贝壳都弄出一个能穿线的小洞。做完这个工作后，已经是黄昏了。该做饭了，她先给孩子们做好了晚饭，吃完后，便又回到炉子边继续工作了。
桑娜用线把贝壳串起来，做成了一个个风铃。为了能快点做完所有的贝壳，桑娜一直忙到深夜两点多，才上床睡觉。
第二天，桑娜早早就起床为孩子做早餐了。叮嘱好孩子之后，她又出去了，还挑着她昨天做的风铃。来到集市，她便开始卖风铃了，为了能卖风铃多挣点钱养家，她大声地喊起来：“风铃，风铃，卖风铃，漂亮的贝壳风铃!”路过的.人都围在她那里挑挑选选。桑娜亲手做的风铃一天就卖出了十几串。“多好的生意呀!”桑娜心里默默地想着。
桑娜依旧做着这份工作，挣了不少钱。桑娜白天卖贝壳风铃，夜晚就在家里做风铃。
晚上，桑娜的丈夫回来了。桑娜把这个好消息告诉了他。渔夫听了很高兴，因为多了一份挣钱的工作。他们说好了每天渔夫去打鱼，桑娜就带着孩子们在海边边玩边捡贝壳，然后把这些漂亮的贝壳做成风铃来卖。
从这时候开始，桑娜一家的生活情况就好多了，过上了幸福美满的生活。
