关于学生能力英语作文【六】
首先非常佩服刘道义老师，白发苍苍，一直在用英语讲座。刘道义老师从英语学习能力的发展过程，到英语学习能力的主要特征、中国学生听说英语的困难原因，再到英语听说技能训练方法和如何运用学习策略发展英语听说能力，长达2小时的讲座，让我对培养学生学习能力有了一定的认识。
学生学习力的形成与个人的兴趣、学习氛围、和谐的师生关系、有效的学习方法有密切关系老师。“兴趣是最好的老师”。一个人只要对所做、所学的事情有兴趣，他才会有毅力、有动力克服有学习中遇到的困难，才会积极主动去学习，会想方设法去思考，并千方百计寻求解决的方法。学生只有对学习有兴趣才能积极主地探索，主体性才能得到充分发挥。其次良好的学习氛围有利于提高学习力，生的学习情趣会随环境的变化而变化。一个具有团结向上，积极进取的浓厚学习氛围的无肯定对每一个学生的学习力产生积极的.影响。再次和谐的师生关系是促进学生的学习力的良方，个人都有情绪，但老师不能把不愉快的心情带入课堂。在教学过程中，情感与态度会影响到教学效果。如果老师能以友好的态度、微笑的表情传递给学生，表现出教师爱的真情，就会感动学生。学生的情绪会跟着教师的情绪而波动，在情感上产生共鸣，学生的学习积极性自然就会提高。最后，教给学生学习方法是提高学习力的关键，常言道“授之以鱼不如授之以渔”。平常的教学过程中，把新知识转化为旧的知识；把难的复杂的问题转化为容易的简单的问题。这样，学生在学习过程中获得的不仅仅是“鱼”，而是“渔”，从而达到提升“学习力”提升的目的。
当然，提高学生的学习力方法很多，在以后的教学过程中我会不断地探索，不断地总结。
