在合肥的发展历程中，广大正三轮车主尤其是残疾人车主起早摸黑，风餐露宿，十分辛劳，在一定程度上方便了市民出行，缓解了公共交通压力。与此同时，正三轮车非法营运管理上的薄弱，给车主及广大市民的`人身安全和身心健康带了许多不利影响，有的甚至造成了人身伤亡的严重后果，与省会城市的地位和形象很不相称。
根据华东地区及我市周边省会城市（上海、宁波、南京、南昌、武汉、杭州、长沙）依法取缔正三轮车营运的做法，市委、市政府依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》等相关法律法规，决定从现在开始，依法取缔全市正三轮等车的非法营运。
市委、市政府十分关心残疾人车主的身心健康和生活保障，认真研究制定了取缔后的综合配套政策，出台了就业安置、劳动保障、医疗保险、特殊救助等一系列人关爱措施，真正把残疾人车主作为特殊群体给予特殊照顾，着力为残疾人办好事、做实事、解难事，最大限度地解决残疾人车主及其家庭的实际困难。
合肥是我家，城市形象的塑造和维护靠大家。人人关爱我们赖以生活的这座美丽城市，是全体市民义不容辞的责任。市委、市政府相信你们一定会从大局出发，自觉做到遵纪守法，以实际行动理解、支持、配合政府决策，为构建明、和谐的现代化滨湖大城市做出自己应有的贡献！

一到了那里，我们赶紧下车，原来是发生车祸了，我们赶紧对肇事车辆拍摄车牌号。并调取了这里的监控。因为肇事车辆里空无一人。这时，救护车急急忙忙的驶来了。将伤员带走了。将照片带回警察局后，我们开始了调查。不一会儿就出了结果。原来，肇事车辆的主人在发生车祸的那一瞬间，打开了车门，趁人多的时候一跃而下，再迅速关上车门。装成一个看热闹的行人，但这一连串的动作，仅仅不到5秒，就已经做完了。
之后我们逮捕了肇事车辆的主人，原来是因为醉驾才引发的车祸。看来警察的破案速度还是挺快的呢。不过，在以后可千万不能酒驾开车了，否则极容易引发车祸呢。
我喜欢做一名警察，因为自己的思维可以获得提升，同时，还可以为人民服务，这是一件多么好，多么幸福的事啊！所以，我喜欢这份职业。

第二，由于空闲时间多，他们可以充分利用好这些时间，并从中获得宝贵的经验。学生可以参加一些活动来发展更多的兴趣爱好，或找份兼职工作。比呆在宿舍玩电脑游戏好多了。
