今天，我学会了包饺子。原来，包饺子也不难，让我来慢慢告诉你们吧：
我先观察妈妈是怎样包饺子的。首先，先拿起一个饺子皮放在左手上，再用勺子把肉馅放进饺子皮里，然后右手食指沾一下水，在饺子皮上划一圈，然后把饺子皮捏起来，最难的当属这一步了，需要捏起一个个褶子，既美观又牢固可不是件容易的\'事呢。需要我们更多的耐心和专心，把褶子一个个慢慢地捏过去。这样，一个饺子就大功告成了。我也迫不及待地做了一个，咦！真的做成功了，我开心极了。做好了一个，我当然要尝试做花样饺子了。前面的做法都一模一样的，就是最后一个步骤不一样，需要把边缘的饺子皮都往上捏，最后再捏捏紧，一个烧卖型的饺子就完成了。我拿给妈妈看，妈妈笑着说：“安安，你做得真棒呀！那就再做几个呗！”我欣然同意了，跟妈妈一起包完了所有的饺子。
接下来是吃饺子的时间，妈妈烧了足够多的饺子，我和妹妹一起吃起来，看着妹妹津津有味地吃着我包的烧卖饺子，我开心地笑了。
包饺子好有趣，下次，我还要帮妈妈一起包饺子呢。

每年过年的时候我们家里面都会有包饺子这项活动，我们一大家子吃着奶奶和妈妈一起包的饺子，一家人都非常的开心，场面非常的温馨。
今天不知道怎么回事看着妈妈包饺子我也非常的想学学包饺子。只见妈妈把一叠饺子皮儿都拿在左手心里，右手用筷子头挑一点馅儿，往皮儿里一裹，然后左一捏，右一捏，一只饺子就在妈妈手中手中“诞生”了。但是轮到我自己来学着包饺子的时候情况就变了样子了。
我拿起面皮，用一个小勺子沾上了一点点得馅，小心翼翼地放在薄皮上，两手使劲的一捏。馅一下子就给掉了出来，仔细一看，“哎呀！不行了，我给做了一个有漏洞的饺子——原来是我用力有一点的过猛，挤破了一点点得面皮儿，馅冒出来了。我赶紧又来了一个补救措施。我急忙又用另一块面皮儿裹住那一边，才算堵住了“漏洞”。我终于用三块面皮包了一个饺子。看着这个惨不忍睹的饺子妈妈和奶奶都笑了。
后来在妈妈的指导下面我终于正常的包了一个非常好看的饺子出来了。看着饺子又好看又饱满，我心里面都乐出了花。

今天是农历20xx年的第一天，也是我们中国的大年初一，早晨“噼啪、噼啪、噼啪”的一阵新年的鞭炮声，把我从睡梦中叫醒。
起床后爸爸带我去楼下放鞭炮，火红的鞭炮像一条欢舞的火蛇在地上炸响，留下许许多多的各种颜色的鞭炮纸片在飞舞，就像天女散花留下的花瓣一样，真是：爆竹声声辞旧岁，春联户户迎新春。我看见左右邻居的“福”都是倒着贴的，我就从电脑上搜了一下“福”为什么倒着贴，原来人们过年为了图个吉利，利用倒和到是谐音，所以“福”倒了，就是“福”到了。我还看见了其它对联：爆竹一声除旧，桃符万户更新。春到碧桃树上，莺歌绿柳楼前。玉龙吐宝庆吉日，金凤含珠贺新年。……过年让我想起一首古诗：是《元日》作者是宋·王安石：爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符。
大人都说过春节最高兴的是我们这些小孩们，是啊！我们一帮小朋友们欢天喜地的在一起放鞭炮，做游戏玩得热火朝天。这个春节让我了解了许多关于过年的知识，过的非常的充实。

我是一个很胖的一个女孩子，因为我比较胖，所以他们都笑我。
我最烦的就是过年了，他们都就得过年很好，但是我就得很不好。因为过年要吃很多的.好东西，所以我的体重直线上升，到了年后还要减肥。现在一年又一年过去了，但我的身材还是那样。就是我家的朋友和我妈都说我比以前瘦了一点，连我三姨都说我有一点瘦了，但我没有觉得我瘦了，还是那样的胖。
过年，是我这一年中最烦恼、最痛苦、最生气的。因为一想到过年，我的体重就会直线上升。
过年，虽然是这一年当中中最高兴的。但是我怎么也高兴不起来。是多么的痛苦、多么的愤怒、多么的想哭、多么的害怕。难道我会这么一直胖下去吗？我希望我不能一直这么胖下去的，我妈说过等我再大一些就让我减肥。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

春节，是中华民族的传统节日，每到这一天，人们都会和亲戚好友们在一起，过一个喜庆的新年。
我每到春节，都是和妈妈一起，到亲戚家过的，因为只有我们家和亲戚们比较远，但是，虽然比较远，我们都坚持每年都要过年。
我们提前了三天到亲戚家，终于千盼万盼到大年三十的这一天。这一天，我们每个人都是喜气洋洋，相互拜年，我们小孩红包都得拿到手软；而大人们，男士，则你一口我一口地喝着酒，互相说说上一年赚了好多钱，这一年又有什么计划；女士，则互相聊着家常，说说以前的有趣事。
当我们小孩吃完饭后，则会相互拿着各小鞭炮（威力都不大），扔来扔去，到处炸，弄得身上一身灰。
当所有人都吃完饭后，大家就一起去放烟花，当看着绚丽的烟花在天上绽放开来的时候，我们每个人都露出了幸福的笑容。
过年，我们中华民族的每个人最期待的日子，真让我们每个人都幸福快乐。
