在9点多的时候，50米跑道上围满了老师和同学。他们随这枪声在那喊："加油"加油，快一点~"等一轮跑完一后有人叹气有人笑。甚至连老师也不顾形象了，跟学生一起疯狂。
在9点半的时候，听见广播播出：在过5分种进行女子50米乘4的比赛，请有参加的同学到跑道上集中。我跟着同学过去了。
当我听见老师念到："6119到第3跑道，6119到第3跑道的时候，我的脑子一下一片空白，心跳加快50。紧张的半死。看了看在前面准备跑的同学，他们已经做好了姿势。等着老师的枪声。我看他们毫不紧张，我也放松了一点。
各就各位，预备只听碰的一声，他们飞快的向前冲去，来回4次，一下就回来了。看看他们跑的也并不是很累我也松了一口气。这下觉得时间过的好快，实际上1分钟，心理觉得已经过了100分钟了。
一会儿就轮到我了，我站在第三跑道上看了看其他跑道上的同学，她们豪不紧张。"没事，没事"，这下心里在不断的安慰自己。只听"砰"的一声，我们飞快的向前冲去。跑到边上站满了人，他们的目光都投降我们几个身上，拉拉队的同学在那大喊：加油、加油
我跑完第一次50米的时候觉得感觉还不错，在前两名。跑完第二个50米的时候我的脚有些发软了，速度也减慢了一些。跑完第3个50米的时候，我的体力减少了很多，速度明显减慢。要跑最后一到五十米的时候，我的脚完全发软了，跟本冲不了了。最后到我准备要冲次的时候，身子不知怎么的向前倾了一下，险些摔倒，这一下，就让我落到了最后一名，她们在这个时候冲到了我的前面。眼看老师在我的前面一直向我挥动着手，意思我也知道是要叫我快一点。可是我的体力现在已经差不多用完了，根本跑不动了。等我冲过了界线，我整个人直接趴到老师身上，如果这下在不趴，那我整个人就要跪下去了。
一会儿，我走到周围的凳子上坐了一下，整只脚软了，看见也有很多人跟我遭受一样的"待遇"我觉得很正常。

我深深地记得：那次体育测试规定我们六点半就要到校。我一大早就被闹铃声轰醒，所以很快就来到了学校。学校已人山人海，看来是时候出发了。
我们搭乘公共汽车来到了考试地点，休息了半晌。分队完毕后，在老师的带领下便开始了今天的考试。
第一项考试是50米跑。这是一项最揪人心的考试了，因为它讲究的是争分夺秒。在预备时，同学们就捏紧拳头，眼睛直勾勾地凝视远方。一声令下，大家仿佛离弦的箭一般飞速向前冲。可是天不遂人愿，因为仪器问题，考试成绩无法记录，只得重新测试。这让人的心揪得更紧了。其中有几位女生也要重跑，我原本以为她们会吓得在一旁抹眼泪。可是结果出乎意料，每个同学都沉着地对待了这件事，大家安静地回到了原位，准备迎接下一次的考试。
在紧张的发令声下，同学们跑了再跑，但最后都以无成绩告终。面对这样的打击，大家抱头痛哭也是情有可原的。但事实并非如此，在监考老师的解释下，大家抖擞了精神，脸上的疲惫一扫而光。
最后仪器好了，同学们顺利地跑完了全程，而且成绩相当可观。
那次体育测试给我留下那难忘的一幕，也引起我更深切的思考。这段期间的体育测试难道只是仅仅带给我们身体上的强健吗？不，它也带给了我们精神上的升华。以前，我们或许会伤心训练时老师的严厉，但正是因为那艰难的磨炼才练就了我们现在面对困难不逃避，临危不惧的品质。
