在您的百忙中占您一点时间，我想对您说，十年多来，我耳闻目睹了祖国蒸蒸日上的发展建设。我们国家的科技、文化、经济等各个领域的成就都让世界叹为观止。我的家乡重庆的巨大变化就有目共睹。看！拔地而起的高楼林立，重庆人百年来那些陈旧破烂，几代人拥挤一堂的困难得到解决。更让人欣喜的是，新近建设的无数大桥横架大江南北，因交通四通八达拉近了重庆城乡差距，城乡经济、文化建设有了史无前例的飞跃。城乡人温饱也得到均衡解决，大多数家庭基本达到小康水平。
我目睹了三峡博物馆的落成，美丽的`滨江路通车。还有各大道路的立交桥，地下通道，重大建设工程轻轨、奥体中心等，无不让人感叹重庆面貌日新月异。据说即将开工改造“十八梯”，鱼嘴将新建大型歌剧院。市政府还决策几年后，重庆将成为中国的森林大城市。我们的家乡重庆前景是多么美好啊！我非常荣幸自己是这里的小公民，我每天都从报上、电视上、关注着她的每一步脚印。我因为热爱她！就不愿意她有一点瑕疵！可是，市长先生我想对您说，重庆的脏、乱、差现象应该是你和市民最头疼的事吧！当我看到一些外宾从那些苍蝇、蚊子乱飞的垃圾道路上走过时，我简直是无地自容，觉得多丢脸呀！还有那些无照营业，衣冠不整的小摊贩在人行道大声叫卖食品时，我认为多影响城市形象呀！
我想对市长先生说，我多想快快长大来协助您工作啊！我将建议市长伯伯下令，从上到下派专人狠抓脏、乱、差卫生工作，一抓到底，决不马虎手软、长年坚持整顿市容。我想有一个整洁美丽繁华动人的重庆让更多的人从四面八方拥来，流连忘返……
