星期六的早上，阳光灿烂，我校迎来了第一届运动会。
清晨，我们早早地来到学校，在教室集合后，老师带领我们直奔大操场。精彩的开幕式后，开始三年级男子５０米跑步预赛。运动员们精神抖擞、胸有成竹。比赛正式开始了，只听“呯”的.一声枪响，运动员们像猛虎下山一样奔出起点，像利箭一般冲向终点。啦啦队沸腾起来，同学们叫着、喊着，“加油、加油”的欢呼声不断传来。我们班的戴鹏飞一直在第一的位置上，我们兴奋地叫了起来！可是，颜老师从终点回来却告诉我们戴鹏飞是第二名，我们一下泄了气。颜老师说戴鹏飞只要能进入决赛就好了，我们又信心十足了。
我们班第二个上场的是张新宇。从他的脸上可以看出他十分自信。枪声又响了，他像猎豹一般冲了出去。啦啦队的同学都激动地战了起来，挥动着手臂，拼命地喊着：“张新宇加油！张新宇加油！”他冲出了终点线，夺得了男子５０米预赛小组赛的冠军！颜老师高兴地跳了起来，我们也兴奋地又喊又叫。
朱以恒也轻松地进入了决赛。希望下午的决赛中他们能夺得冠军。
后来，我听说了好消息：他们果然不负众望，为我们班夺得了一枚金牌！运动会精彩的一幕，难忘的一次跑步比赛

1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

在我早上还在睡觉的时候，我的朋友就已经从外面跑步回来了，可我却不喜欢跑步，对于跑步来说，我怎么也提不起兴趣，每次看他从外面满头大汗的回来，我都有点累，可是他却很舒服，有可能就是每个人喜欢的东西不同吧。
中午我们一起吃饭的时候，看他在那跟别人讨论早上跑步的经验，他们讲的津津有味，我是怎么也听不进去，可是听他们聊了一会，我不经的也想去尝试一下跑步，锻炼一下身体，顺便也跟他们一起讨论一下跑步的经验。
天还没有亮，我的那个朋友就叫我一次去跑步，不是他硬要拉我去，而是昨天晚上我主动告诉他清晨跑步的时候把我叫上，虽然起床的时候很是艰难，但我还是说服了我自己，我们一起先走在锻炼的小道上，不一会我们就开始跑了起来，一开始的慢跑使我的身体很是舒服，慢慢的渗透到这愉快的跑步中，我们的速度是慢慢的加快，天也慢慢的变亮了，我们的晨跑也快结束了，到最后结束的时候，我和我的朋友慢悠悠的走了回去，在我们回去的道路，我们两个聊了很多关于这一项运动的
在每次以后的生活里，我每天早上都会和我的\'朋友一次去晨跑，这也成为我今后的我一个习惯，知道现在的我，也是每天都在坚持当中，原来的时候中途也有过放弃，但是我们互相一直鼓励对方，一直我们坚持了下来，也多亏了我这个朋友，使我以后的生活也多了许许多多的色彩。

跑步有利于我们的身体健康，在校园里，运动会上的跑步比赛是最让人感到难忘。
每一年的校园运动会里，我最期待的就是跑步比赛。跑步比赛一开始，操场跑道的两边就围上了不少的同学，看来期待着跑步比赛的可不止我一人。校园里的同学们也都十分期待呢。尤其是当参加跑步比赛的运动员做好准备起跑的姿势站在起点的时候，这一刻所有人都屏息凝神，就等着不远处的枪响响起。
“砰！”响亮的枪声迅速在空气中传播来，不过瞬间，传到了在场所有人的耳中。准备起跑的运动员们顿时就展开了激烈的你追我赶，这是一场短跑比赛，终点就在操场的不远处。参赛者们一个个如疾风一般，唰的从我们的身旁飞过，一场百米跑步比赛的胜负分晓不过在毫秒之间。
也就在枪声响起的那一秒，瞬间所有旁观的同学都扯着嗓子为奔跑的运动员加油。跑步比赛里，最热闹的一幕就此展开。跑道上的运动员用尽全力的奔跑，跑道旁的同学全都在呐喊着为他们加油。
难忘的跑步比赛，最难忘的就是这激烈的氛围，你追我赶，谁也不让谁。尽管胜负的分晓不过就在那一瞬间，但是就是这一瞬间的精彩足够让人难忘。
这一场跑步比赛的结果出来了，胜利者得到了众人的鼓掌，其他参赛者也都纷纷有同学们前去接应与安慰。跑步比赛之后，这种实力碰撞后的胜负也是最让人承认的。但输赢却永远不是这场跑步比赛的全部，在这场比赛中，还见证了各个团队里的团结合作。
这一场跑步比赛结束了，紧接着下一场跑步比赛就要开始了。跑步比赛里蕴含的激情是最让人难忘的。
