鸭子”不会游泳，我就自告奋勇当她的老师了。可是，我还没有教她，就发现一个大问题，何佳宁老是套着一个游泳圈，不敢摘下来，我苦口婆心地劝导着，左一句“戴游泳圈是学不好游泳的”右一句“摘下游泳圈，水很浅的”。但是，何佳宁始终不肯摘下游泳圈，（真撅啊！）。我只好使出我的***手锏“唠叨”最后何佳宁还是架不住我到三寸不烂之舌，终于摘下游泳圈。我可是一名厉害的老师啊，俗话说“严师出高徒”嘛！
首先，要在岸上学姿势，我严肃地说：“游泳的姿势要正，才能游得直。只要动作稍微不对，不仅游不快，而且还会游得歪。如果做不对，就要罚做十遍。”弄得何佳宁叫苦不迭，这堪称得上是“魔鬼训练”呀！
等姿势练得差不多了，就练水下功夫了。学游泳，换气是最基本的，我耐心地跟何佳宁说：“沉下水去，如果气不够用了，就稍微把头抬起来一点儿，先憋一口气，再沉下去，记住换气时脚不要沾地，就这样循环练习。”可说得容易，做得难阿！何佳宁沉下去没多久，就马上浮出水面，还直咳嗽，像小鸭子似的\'拼命摇着头，把水甩掉。我着急地问:“你没事吧?” 何佳宁说：“看来我真不是游泳的料。”我依然没有放弃，把很多换气的技巧告诉了她，果然，这个方法很管用，何佳宁进步很快。
今天可真有趣！不仅帮助了同学，还到老师的辛勤，懂得了体谅老师,真是受益匪浅啊！
