My dad is my hero. Father is an important person who is everybody in the world should love, such as me : My father, Janusz is 55 years old. He has blue eyes. He's quite tall, but a bit shorter than my husband. My dad is a fitter-walder and he works with a heavy constructions. I see him six times a year, because he was working in Ireland from ten years. He is very hard working. Beside that, when he is coming at home (in Poland, he doing also a houseworks. He says that is always something to do. He makes a dinners whem my mother is outside. However, he likes cooking and his meals are always very tasty. When i was young, he protected me and took care of me with love. He instructed me to be a good person. He is a good model for me since i was born.

My father is a tall man with a pair of glasses. Everyone says he is a kind-hearted man. He often helps his neighbours and some strangers whom he doesn't know at all. He has really done a lot for others. I don't like him to do so because I think it has taken him too much time. When I discourage him, he always says with a smile,"The world needs warm hearts."

My father loves his family, and loves his work even better. In the company, he is called "workaholic" He spends most of his time working, and often forgets to have meals or to go to bed.As a result,he doesn't enjoy good health.

My father likes reading in his spare time. He told me reading was very interesting. I became interested in reading little by little. I like books, because they help me in many ways.

My father has a bad habit he likes smoking very much. I hate it. See, the house is full of smoke. I know it's bad for his health as well as mother's and mine. I advise him to give up smoking. I'm sure he will follow my advice some day.

Such is my father. I am proud of having such a good father.

星期六的早上，小明在小区里看到了一位盲人和一位小女孩。当时，小明以为那位小女孩是盲人的女儿，后来小明看见那位小女孩帮助盲人过了马路，盲人就说：“谢谢你，小女孩。”小明知道了真相，就去其他地方玩了。

在路上，小明看见了一个小男孩在洗信箱，小明停了一下，听见小男孩一边唱歌一边洗信箱，嘴里唱着：“洗刷刷，洗刷刷，我们一起洗信箱……”小明想：不如，我也来帮助被人吧。于是，小明就高兴地去找需要帮助的人。就在这时，小明看见了一个人正在吃力地拉车，小明迫不及待地跑上去用手推车。那个拉车人想：怎么变得这么轻？他回头看了看后面，哦！原来是一个小男孩在后面帮忙推车，那个拉车人说：“谢谢你，小朋友。”小明说：“不用谢，这是我应该做的事。”

小明回到家里，把这一件事告诉了妈妈，妈妈夸小明长大了。

My father thinks healthy food is good for our health. So we eat apples every day. We don't eat French fries. We often eat vegetables,fruits and fish.

My father is also a humored man. I love my father very much.

周末，奶奶说带我去公园玩!

一路上我又蹦又跳，来到到了公园，可是奶奶就跟她的几个老朋友喝茶聊天去了，没有小朋友跟我玩儿，我觉得很无聊就走到草丛边想去抓几只甲虫来研究。

正在这个时候，草丛边来了一位老爷爷。老爷爷右手拿着一把螺丝刀，左手拿着一个纸盒子。我觉得很奇怪就问老爷爷：“老爷爷，您拿这些东西干什么呢?”老爷爷说：“我挖几条蚯蚓钓鱼。”我一听立马来了兴趣，赶紧对老爷爷说：“老爷爷，让我来帮您抓蚯蚓好吗?”老爷爷乐呵呵的点了点头。于是我拿起螺丝刀往土里使劲儿一插，然后再往上使劲儿一挑，一下子挑起一大块泥土来，掰开泥土，里面有几条又大又肥的蚯蚓正在扭来扭去。老爷爷说：“小朋友你还真行，一下子就抓了这么多蚯蚓，都不用我再动手了。谢谢你啊小朋友。”说完他就带着蚯蚓心满意足的走了。

通过帮老爷爷我才明白了老师说的那句话：帮助别人是快乐自己!

My dad is a good man and he is a great dad as well.

He is a strong man with black hair.He is more than forty years old.He is an engineer.He is strict about his work.Every day ,he goes to work early and comes back late.In his free time,he often does many interesting things.He likes playing football,swimming and playing the piano.He always plays ball games with me every weekend.He often goes to work all day and all night,but he still finds time to help me with my studies.He is strict about my study,and he is strict with me as well.

I love my dad.He is kind,smart and hard-working.
