我在听完这一轮讲座之后，虽然是有懵懵懂懂的地方，但确实是有所收获的。这一次的中山大学历史学系(珠海的教授杜丽红老师演讲的主题是《中国的制度构建与日常生活》。
首先，老师从日常生活的角度出发，就是我们最为平常不过的个体生命的出生与死亡，衣食住行与吃喝拉撒，因为在面对这些时，我们可能是毫无意识的，或者是以文化观点的角度来解释他们的运行，而杜丽红老师所表述的是“这背后不仅是文化观念，更是制度和权利”，融入生活之中的规则，程序都在井然有序的运行当中，于是这就便涉及到我们该如何感受到这背后的制度与权利?杜老师以“水”为例，这个我们日常生活不可或缺的物质，来让我开始感受这背后的制作运行!
杜丽红老师抛出了一个问题“如何获得水?”，看似简单的事情其实要比我想像的更为复杂，因为这不是老百姓自己的问题，它涉及的主体包涵政府、水厂还有百姓，也有农村和城市的区别。从以前的井水到现在的自来水，水成为一项公用事项，买卖方式改变，消费方式改变。由老百姓对水的评判(干不干净到组织与制度评判的出现，科学研究得出的结论并让科普机构去传播，于是成为了大家所接受的“常识”。这一点便很好的解释背后的制度和权力如何改变了我们的“日常”，我想那是知识的产生和制度的运行合二为一。
然后，老师从日常生活的制度化入手，即生活的方方面面怎么被制度化了的。是由行动者制定和执行的。近代以来，国家对日常生活进行管理，社会相关惯例到冲击，各个利益团体和组织在面对问题时如何在国家介入的情况下保存自己的利益。国家从上而下的制定和推行，团体或组织从下而上为得到对制度的认可，因此会处于一种动态平衡的状态中，这个在国家与社会团体中各自满意的一种状态，这种互动，杜老师称之为“相互博弈”，也正是这种博弈，影响到了我们的日常生活。
与此同时，杜老师提出了三个值得我们注意的特征，第一，全球化与在地化并存的过程;第二，制度的延续性和断裂性;第三，如何深入到技术原理层面。我理解于全球化是具有共性，在地化或是每个个体却又有自己的属性，(这里制度的延续性和断裂性并不是很能理解，而对于能错综复杂的现象提纲挚领，看清背后的实质，是一种不错的收获启发，技术原理便由此产生。
而对于制度的制度生活化，正如杜丽红老师所言：“制度虽是书本内容，但我们不仅是要认识书本的'知识，还需利用观念构建一套话语通过制度渗透到人们日常生活中，成为大家共同遵循的尝识性的知识”。语言系统的不同能够让新的常识性的事物适应于社会问题中，为人们所接受。值得令人注意的是，杜丽红老师强调的是，一个制度的运行并不是国家强制推行的。而其中包涵的一点是，在辽阔的地域，具体情况需要具体分析。
这是我参加的第一场涉及到我专业的讲座，不论是聆听老师的讲解，黄老师，徐老师的总结，还是同学们的提问，我明白的是，我需要学习的事情还有很多。
