人是社会人，集体无处不在，有集体才能发出更强大的力量，但是一个好的集体少不了每个人的参与，与付出。但有人住在宿舍中，就是不愿意打扫卫生，宿舍对他来说仅仅是一个可以睡觉的地方，而且，不但不收拾还处处制造垃圾，随手扔垃圾，他不在乎宿舍有多乱有多脏，因为他不认为那与他有什么关系，还有些班级活动或者学校活动，学生们也不积极参与，就算明知道代表班级参加活动对班级荣誉很重要，但还是有自己心里想的来，想去就去，不想去别人叫也不去，记得高中时候，班里如果有什么比赛或者活动，同学们都能积极参加，给比赛同学呐喊加油，班里一幅团结友爱的的景象。而大学中第一次班级篮球赛，要求开幕式全班参加，结果按时到的同学寥寥无几，球员比赛的时候，也没几个人加油，服务。感觉总是一副事不关己高高挂起的样子。我们怎么都成这个样子了，我是想不通的。
